Fantastic Birthday Celebration at Chicago pizza wakad!

I recently hosted my birthday party at Chicago Pizza Wakad, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special. The ambiance was lively, with colorful decorations and upbeat music setting the perfect mood for a party.

The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure everyone felt welcomed and taken care of. They even surprised me with a birthday song and a complimentary dessert, which was a lovely touch.

Pathetic experience with the restaurant today. I placed an order and confirmed with the cashier that I am making a payment using Swiggy Dine-out and they didn't say anything. I paid and showed them the screen with payment details to which they acknowledged and 10 mins later came back to me stating they don't accept payment via swiggy dine-out. While this is fine, 1) they should de-list the restauarnt 2) put in a board 3) Communicate to the customer about the same 4) Have courtesy to apologize.

Had to leave without eating with my 3 year old because the staff didn't even offer apology/support to get my refund from swiggy and that the order can be prepared while I make payment with...

Extremely rude and illetrate staff, poor food quality. Staff does not have manners to deal with customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT HERE. NEVER CHOOSING TO VISIT MYSELF NEXT TIME.
