Worst experience ever. Simple basic things like adding the spoons to the parcel they are missing when u have ordered it by walking in to the store. I was suppose to have the Pastery in car for the kid and when I open it up there are no spoons in it. If I had to have it at my home only i would have done zomato or swiggy delivery but if someone is walking in the store and asking for the parcel, spoon is must and usual common sense which is missing who is working at the store. Apart from that after asking the store owner which of them is less sweet the answer is "all are sweet". Seriously then why the hell you have multiple items.. sell only Cake of one type only. You are not able to explain your product and provide foolish answers with don't care attitude towards customer. It's like if you want take it else leave the store. Worst attitude of the store owner or the person who is working there.. Lack of knowledge about your products Lack of common sense for not providing basic spoons Overall disgusting experience. Pls avoid Wakad branch for sure.. pathetic they are.
