Chocolate Biclate — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Had worst experience with this shop yesterday. Going by the name we ordered one kilo Chocolate cake for my brother's engagement. The guy agreed to deliver it in the evening at 5:30 - 6 pm to the marriage hall and charged delivery fee as well. By 6:30 we were constantly trying to contact the person but his phone was switched off. We decided to go to shop ourselves amidst the engagement ceremony but reaching there we were told the cake had not arrived from their factory. Finally we got it by 7 pm, with spelling mistakes and everything, leaving all the guests waiting for it to show up (and no delivery, we brought it ourselves). The shop was kind enough to refund the delivery fee, but a word of caution, be mindful if you are ordering in advance. If you need it to be time critical, better purchase from some other shop. Not at all professionalism shown...

The main shop owner was not there, the person who was attending the customers did not have enough knowledge. He did not even know which cake is already booked or which one is available.

I selected the cake and he wrote name and packed. Later the main owner came and said that this one is booked. They took my half an hour to bring the new cake.

Later, during the payment time, there was no network so card machine was not worki g. They insisted me to do UPI payment though there was no network. He was doing timepasswhile I was waiting for the payment to be done.

Very bad experience. Very poor service. Very rude gesture while...

We were not satisfied with the quality of the cake. Please don't fool ppl by saying you make exact same cake as the picture. The last step of the cake to assemble all fondant objects on cake was not completed It was not told to us by u that we have to assemble it while accepting the order rather it was told at the time of delivery We are not chefs to make cake as you are The weight of the fondant bottle was heavy than the cake The length of the tie was more than the length of the second level For you its just a cake but for us it's an memory of lifetime

The attitude of the in store person is also not proper. Avoid booking cake...
