Domino's Pizza | Jatpura Gate, Chandrapur — Restaurant in Maharashtra

The Domino's outlet near Jatpura Gate is a relatively recent addition compared to the first Domino's in the area. While the size of this branch is smaller, the quality of the pizzas and other side dishes remains consistent with the brand’s usual standards. The pizzas here are generally quite delicious, and I’ve enjoyed most of the meals. However, there are occasional inconsistencies in the taste, especially when it comes to the toppings and sauces. Sometimes, the flavors don't align with my preferences, which is a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, the taste remains the main reason for visiting this outlet. My last order included a paneer and capsicum pizza with videshi hot sauce and a chicken keema and onion pizza with desi makhani sauce, costing 334 rupees. The vegetarian pizza was average, tasting sour rather than spicy. It needed a lot of chili flakes to improve the flavor. It was just okay. However, the non-vegetarian pizza was amazing! The flavors were incredible, and the toppings blended perfectly with the makhani sauce, making it a truly delicious experience. I was very happy with the non-veg pizza.

Despite the food being enjoyable, there are several issues with the overall experience. One of the major concerns is the cleanliness of the place. The tables are frequently left in a mess by previous customers, and they are not cleaned until a new customer points it out. This lack of proactive maintenance detracts from the overall ambiance. Additionally, the staff, particularly the person taking orders, often seems disinterested in doing his job. It’s frustrating when I place my order and he still calls me over to confirm it, even after the bill has been generated. When I inquire about the expected wait time, his response is usually curt and dismissive, which feels unprofessional. I was surprised that this Domino's didn't automatically offer tissues with my pizza, like other Domino's locations do. I had to ask for them myself.

There are also issues with the service. On one occasion, I had to wait for my change even though the staff member had it in hand, simply because he was engaged with another customer. When he finally returned it, he handed it over with a rude expression. The washroom facilities are another point of concern—both soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers are always empty, which speaks to the lack of proper upkeep.

Furthermore, offering RO water for customers who prefer not to consume packaged water would be a good addition. Overall, the place has much room for improvement, but the tasty food keeps bringing me back. I don't know long will it...

Honestly I'm sharing the honest review here no enmity about anyone from the store but when today i visited there after I've complaining last time this time they improved that little bit But this time it's even a horrible experience cause i ordered peppy paneer chheese pizza 🍕 medium size and some chicken balls but when we got pizza at 1st we think that due to cheese it would be like that kinda but when i finished my 1st bite then only i got to know that they didn't baked it properly it was too soft that even with fingers under the slice the slice would break within 3-4 pieces the cheese get spread on hands and fingers getting too messsy and again it's happening the same then i called the staff person there and told him that is this pizza is that smooth that we can't even able to eat it then he replied "cheez burst hai "he repeated this again and again then i told him that i eat this pizza before but not like this Then he was like sorry and all we'll replace it sorry then we knew that this was their mistake But we're in hurry so we cant wait that longer we said them give regular paneer pizza then they gave us and we get out of that place after that. But my genuine question is that after spending that much and if they deliver like that is it justifiable? I don't think it's justifiable. This outlet seriously need to control their quality That was my experience maybe everyone had their own experience but this wasn't good...

Look. We ordered quite somethings. Margherita pizza medium. Was the best. They missed major flavours but ok. Then garlic bread, tasted cold and stale. Flavourless and weird. Then tacos, so freaking oily. Oil was dripping. Also stale and weird tasting. Mousse was also a bit stale tasting. Lava cake was also good.

Other than that, hygeine? Questionable. Place was extremely dirty. Toilet stank and smelt bad from far. Sink was 🤮. Tables and chairs had weird black thing growing.

Service was extremely poor. They had so much staff and all of it was cooking. No one. Literally no one over the counter to take the order. No one. We stood there for 10 minutes for someone to show up. And he was so rude. He was shouting at us. They made us order twice. Yes TWICE!!! AFTER WE STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES STARTING.

Footnote. Just don't come here. I can bet you the thele around the place has better food than this....
