Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Ordering from Domino’s Again

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food delivery service. I placed an order yesterday through the Domino’s app and paid in advance, expecting their so-called “30-minute delivery guarantee.” What I got instead was three hours of silence — no delivery, no updates, no call, nothing. I felt like an absolute fool waiting for food that never arrived.

I raised a complaint and guess what their resolution was? They asked me to go pick up the order myself the next day. Seriously, what kind of customer service is this?

So today, I went to the store — and it was even more infuriating. The place is filthy, poorly maintained, and has zero hygiene. The seating area is disgusting (see photos), and honestly, even a roadside vendor looks more hygienic than this store.

To top it off, the guy at the counter was completely clueless. I had to explain the entire situation again from scratch. Not only was he slow to understand, but he also had the audacity to ask for payment again. I nearly lost it. After a frustrating back-and-forth, I finally got them to acknowledge the issue — and then was told to wait another 30 minutes.

This is beyond unacceptable. Domino’s, if you can’t even manage basic communication and hygiene, don’t bother offering app services. You failed to deliver, gave no update, made me go through the hassle, and then provided a miserable in-store experience. So much for your reputation.
