Simply ridiculous!!! Avoid this place for your peace of mind. There is no provision to give negative rating and hence unfortunately I have to forcefully select one star. today was my first and last visit in person(In the past, I did order online 4 to 5 times). My 6 year old daughter was asking pizza and when I checked online, it was showing 30 mins delay. So thought to visit the Pimple Nilakh branch on DP Road which is just half kilometer away from my home. To my surprise, the order booking system was down and the counter person suggested to order online using App or website. I ordered the pizza through website and was expecting the delivery in 15 mins. Order number 185. But after placing order, they told me that it will take 30 mins. I was wondering then what was the point to visit this place in person. Meanwhile, I was checking the counter after every 3 to 5 mins as my daughter was feeling sleepy. I informed the counter lady to expedite my order if possible which she agreed too. After 35 mins of horrible wait period, the counter person told me that my order is out for delivery. I told them to eat that pizza and left that place abruptly. While I was on the way to home, I got called by that delivery boy to whom I again mentioned to eat that pizza on our behalf. In that 35 mins wait state and overall 50 mins stay, I felt very that place very dirty where lot of tissue papers were on the floor, lot of used food plates on those tables. And same was the story with other customers in queue too as they were desperate to get their orders. Everyone was so frustrated. Cherry on ice cream, there was no water pressure at all for drinking water also. Phew!!! I felt happy that though I paid the bill, God saved my daughter from eating the pizza. God bless them. I wonder how are they managing customers are by any chance are at least aware if there is something called as customer satisfaction. Read moreThis was the worst ever fast food restaurant experience that I’ve had and that I’ll probably have in my entire life. We ordered a simple classic pizza (49 rs) and a chicken zingy parcel (59 rs) so the price should be 108 or 110 at max right? No, we were charged 130, we thought okay maybe the amount added up to 130 because of the taxes, but I still wanted to confirm so I asked for a bill. The lady on the counter said she’ll give it with the food. The food took a lot of time and in fact they didn’t even start preparing our food before we asked them after like 20 mins, but that’s a different story. She brought a piece of paper with the food, which wasn’t the bill, but she said it was. We told her that neither did it have the names of the items nor the amount, so we asked for proper bill again. This time she gave a half torn bill which just had the names of the items written on it, but not the prices, so we went up to the counter again to ask for the right bill, only after which she finally gave us the correct bill, and guess what amount the bill showed, it was JUST 109!! I went up to her again and showed her the bill, she then said that the gst was the reason why the total amount was 130, but then I showed her the cgst and sgst were already added in the bill and were included in the 109 rs. So I asked for the refund of 20 rs. Now the point is not that I spent 20 rs extra, it’s just that the operations are being handled unethically at that store. You generally get an auto generated QR code with the amount already preset into it, but we got a normal one and were asked to pay 130 on it, which was told to us by the cashier. The second unethical thing was that they should’ve given us the bill right after we placed the order, and not with the food. The staff preparing the pizzas do not appear to follow proper sanitization practices, which is worrying for anyone concerned about food safety. There’s also a lack of clear markings or guidelines when it comes to pizza preparation.
The dining area could also use more attention. The tables aren't always as clean as they should be, which affects the overall experience.
On a positive note, they do follow up for feedback regarding quality, which shows they care about customer input, but it seems like there’s a disconnect between customer concerns and actual improvements.
