Unprofessional store manager/or whoever the boss was - I am not sure. He switched off his internet, the store went offline and that's why customers were not able to place in-store orders with an offer. When I questioned, he said that it is a technical problem. I agreed and went ahead to place an offline order to my surprise he said the card machine is not working. Then I got the point, I asked him to turn on the wifi router so that your store will go online and your swipe machine will work. He then asked me to wait for 2 mins, he switched on his internet and yes I was able to place the order with the offer. But this process irritated me a lot and I wasted almost half an hour arguing with these guys so I didn't place the order and preferred to go to another...

I visited this outlet for the second time. The restaurant management is very messy. I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes and no one pay me a heed to take my order. I only ordered Choco Lawa cake but it toom more than 10 minutes ro serve my order and moreover the quality of the cake was not worth of Rs. 100. The brand value is detrioting day by day. When I visited last time on the on 31sr December it was very choatic and it took more than one hour to serve our pizza. The location itself is not that great. The outlet is located on first floor and you have less place to stand near the counter. Most of the time the crowd has to stand outside the outlet in queue to plave their order.
