This was a Delivery order that was messed up, by handing over a wrong Pizza

The phone number mentioned in the Automated Chat service was not operational

Therefore, I had to visit the outlet

The overall situation in the shop was more than horrible There was a huge chaose at the counter with a totally confused person was not able to handle just two people standing infront of her

I had to wait for my turn to explain the order mistake, then had to wait for the Floor manager to emerge from somewhere inside. He agreed to replace my Pizza and asked me to wait - that was fair

The 20 minutes wait for another horrific experience to watch the staff - Deliver Boys, Counter Staff and the kitchen staff shouting, fighting, screaming and blaming at each other with absolutely no control on the situation

I really would suggest not to order anything from such a place where the food is prepared in such an environment filled with anger,...

👎 Customer Service: Nonexistent. No one from the outlet bothered to respond or help. Instead of resolving the issue, they were rude and abusive. Yes — abusive to a paying customer. That’s how little they care.

🚚 Delivery Experience: Disgraceful. The delivery partner arrived 45 minutes late and didn’t even come to the correct address — just stopped at the next lane. I called him 15 times and got no response. No apology, no explanation, no professionalism. Just...

What the hell did you just deliver to me? I ordered an Indi Tandoori Paneer pizza and got a stale, stinking, foul-smelling disaster that looked like it came straight out of a trash bin. The paneer and sauces smelled like rotten mouse, and the overall stench was unbearable — like dead food reheated from last week.

Are you people even serious about hygiene? Or do you just pack any garbage lying around and send it off as food? This wasn’t just a bad experience — it was a health hazard. Honestly, even street food vendors maintain better quality than this pathetic excuse of a pizza chain.
