I had a very bad experience while dining in the restaurant.
The tomato soup that we had ordered had gone bad & smelling funny, yet it was served to us. When we asked it to be replaced, the order was missed & they started to serve us the main course.
Further, each item was being served by a different person. This lack of constant server resulted in a lot of confusion & chaos.
This also reflects overall poor management of the restaurant as they were expecting a full house as the majority of tables had been reserved when we reached & yet there was no arrangement done for extra staff or cutlery. They were literally waiting for people to finish their food so that they could clean the plates & serve them on another table.
The food served was very cold. They made us wait half an hour merely for 1 fried rice, which was again not at all good. The garlic & spring onion were totally burnt, the salt had not been mixed properly.
Neither the food nor the service is worth the prices it charges. I wouldn't recommend...
Read moreVisited this place for the first time in August 2023. When you enter the Restaurant there is a different Vibe around this Restaurant. From the Lift man to the Restaurant Manager all the employees are Decent and Polite. From its Lift, Passage till Washrooms were all clean and Hygiene maintened.
I went on a Wednesday night for a couple of drinks and Dinner. The Drinks were reasonable and they had quite an menu.
For Food in Starters I ordered Chicken Lollipop. And in Main course I ordered Chicken Dum Biryani. The Lollipops were very good. You can actually eat the lollipops without schezwan sauce it was that good. And the Schezwan sause was a perfect balance between spicy and Taste. You can't miss this combination. About the Biryani, it was Perfectly made. Not so Spicy not so Mild. Perfect Taste. Chicken was tender rice was cooked perfectly right. And the Raita served was too Good. Definitely worth visiting this place again and again. Will visit this place again for sure and try it's...
Read moreWe were greeted by the staff upon entering. There dining options are available on the first and second floor. The basement of the premises is a hall for the meetings or any programs which needs to be conducted by people. The hall is open for them. The food, portion, size is good. It does get crowded during weekends so would recommend reserving your seats in advance like we did. Since it is the month of Shravan we ordered their special Shravan thali. It is highly recommended to any newcomers or someone who wants to try something new. Shravan thali is served with banana leaves indeed making it special with three types of vegetables, Indian bread, puran poli, milk, ghee, butter milk, crackers, kothimbir wadi, rice, dal, modak, pickles. It does take time to prepare but it's worth the wait. We have a good time and experience whenever we visit here. The restaurant is closest to the most famous round-about in Ratnagiri ie. Maruti Mandir. Ajj the best, have fun....
