I started my review with this because what we experienced that you can't express in words.

Still I'll try to cover as much as I can.

It starts with how you are entertained on the phone when you call to either book a table or just enquire if there's availability. You are greeted well, and the person will give you very clear understanding of how much is the wait time (if any). That will be very helpful if you are coming from far away.

When you are in the waiting area, a very sweet and humble uncle (his name is Kanchan) will engage with you and keep you updated that it'll take 5-10-15 minutes, so you don't have to go again and again to check how much more time you need to wait.

Once you are assigned a table, the staff will engage with you very politely and keep checking with you if you need anything.

The service level is just amazing ❤️

I've also observed that the owner himself is so much involved with customers explaining them about the food preparation and recommending the best suitable item for them. The owner himself had done the Hotel Management course, and that's what makes this restaurant unique from others.

The food taste is just amazing. You'll not have any complaints about the quality and quantity of the food.

I recently visited The Clove Wine n Dine and was truly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the warm and elegant ambiance set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The decor strikes the perfect balance between classy and cozy, making it great for both casual evenings and special occasions.

The menu offers a wide variety of options—from Indian to continental—and every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff was courteous, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, helping us choose just the right pairings with wine and cocktails.

The bar section is equally impressive, offering an excellent selection of spirits and signature cocktails. The music was at the right volume—not too loud, just enough to create a lively vibe without killing conversation.

The Clove has such a lovely vibe to it! One of its kind restuarant in Ratnagiri with a variety of novel dishes. We visited during a holiday, so the place was crowded. One can make reservations on call to skip the traffic. The staff member at the reservation counter was so sweet and considerate. We didn't mind waiting solely due to his professionalism. The food was tasty and well made, despite a heavy rush that evening. Service was cordial and welcoming. We were served by Mr. Balkrishna who was extremely polite and even ran us through the menu to make us choose the best. The Clove has an open bar, yet has a family-friendly vibe. Finally, a word for the Owner, 'Hardworking'. Due to the high rush, he himself lent a hand in the restuarant and made sure to attend to every table.
