Nestled amidst serene landscapes, Hotel Farm Paradise offers a delightful retreat with its good ambience and nice surroundings. The hotel's charm is immediately apparent, with its inviting decor and tranquil setting that promises a peaceful stay.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the good staff, whose courteous and attentive service sets the tone for a pleasant experience. The humble manager ensures that every need is met, showcasing the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
The rooms at Farm Paradise provide comfort and elegance, with views that overlook the lush greenery, adding to the overall allure of the place. The hotel's amenities cater to both leisure and business travelers, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay.
However, the culinary experience at Farm Paradise presents a mixed bag. While the hotel prides itself on its local Marathi and Malvani cuisine, there is a noticeable need for authenticity in these offerings. Dishes like the Bhoot Jalokia Tikka carry an unnecessary North/Gujarati taste, which seems out of place in the context of regional specialties. Similarly, the Malvani Chicken Curry lacks the distinct coastal flavors, leaning more towards a Gujarati palate, which might be strange for those expecting traditional Malvani fare.
In conclusion, Hotel Farm Paradise is a commendable choice for those seeking a getaway with a pleasant environment and friendly service. However, for the culinary enthusiast looking for genuine Marathi and Malvani flavors, the hotel's kitchen needs to revisit and refine its recipes to offer a more authentic...
Read moreI recently visited Farm Paradise near Hinjewadi with high expectations due to its prime location and impressive setup. However, my experience was utterly ruined by the appalling behavior of the manager, Shyam Chetri.
While the ambiance and food were decent, the customer service was shockingly bad. When it came time to pay the bill, which amounted to ₹5770, I attempted to use my American Express (AMEX) card. They they did not accept AMEX. So I politely suggested that they put a sign at the entrance indicating that AMEX cards are not accepted, as many other establishments do. Instead of understanding the inconvenience and considering the suggestion, Shyam Chetri reacted with hostility. He rudely blamed us for not informing him in advance that we intended to use an AMEX card, going as far as saying that he would have told us to go somewhere else if he had known.
His unprofessional attitude and unreasonable behavior completely overshadowed what could have been a pleasant evening. It is incredibly disappointing that such a nice place is being managed by someone who clearly lacks basic customer service skills. If you are considering visiting Farm Paradise, be prepared for a potentially hostile encounter if you face any issues, especially with payment methods.
Shyam Chetri's demeanor was entirely unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression. Until they address their management issues, I would not recommend this place to anyone as long as stupid management has rude managers like...
Read moreIt's a newly opened place. The location is good for Hinjewadi phase 3 people who don't want to go much far. The decorations and look of the place is nicely done with a sophistication in mind. We went for a dinner date with friends on Sunday. The place was fully packed yet no chaos was there because of the prompt service of all the persons in charge. They were running around by keeping all the tables in mind. The food was very tasty. We tried fish fingers with tarter sause and chicken Banjara kababs as starter and both were lip smacking. For drinks we tried virgin mojito and sex on the beach and both were nice. For main course we had Afghani butter chicken and butter garlic naan. Good. The attendant were very attentive and taking care of all our needs. We had a great time. Keep up the good work. Will definitely...
