Sharing our Poor service and bitter experiences at flute restaurant. The server you took our order the chef has been changed so the food flavour has changed also the service staff has been replaced since a year by extremely rude and mischievous who change your orders as per their wish as they know people who come here want to enjoy and will not argue the pricing of food increase too high. Severe mosquitoes foul smell humidity no wind same black plates crockery is been used since the place opened to hide the stains of old plates. Our last experience was so bad we found a cockroach in our dinner and this place flute is absolutely a downer and not to go. I guess due to lack of restaurants this place has become popular. The server makes us wait for 30 mins on a weekday with few people brings one dish at a time imagine what they do on weekends. They also expect you to eat the dishes which they want us to eat this is ridiculous and pathetic restaurant service come on we pay we wish to choose our dishes there is no rule to match one to another comeon we are not wearing clothes. Pathetic rude conservative low mentality service staff. Flute is overhyped it is not meant for family or nondrinkers outings . The naan being half cooked briyani too sticky and oily gravy dishes too salty no spice pizza and pasta undercooked thai green curry with no mushroom no broccoli just give basic cheap capsicum and charge...
Read moreToo bad, if you are reading my comment do not destroy your day by going there. Soya lollipop is what we ordered and kabab as starters as they recommended. Soya dish was 6 pieces, but it was full of salt. Me and my wife had one each and told them to please change. They brought another one, with only 4 pieces and mixed ketchup to nullify salt. Now it was too sweet and salty :p. Too bad and they also reduced two sticks as we ate two before. althought it was just one bite. But we also returned a favor by not touching last two, allowing them to mix something else and eat themselves. Kabab was horrible, as dry as wheat flour. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Take U turn if you still not convinced and is on the way to this place. Family beside us, were tired as they came just after office straight to dinner and tired as hell to go to some other place to eat. So after trying two three things they ordered dal khichadi, it was again horrible. If you reading this while in resto, please order next order as French fries only. Without cheese and ask them to not put salt. Put yourself from the table. Salt is available here. :D
for drinkers, LIIT is what we ordered the glass was long, seeing that also been rare in restos here :p so thats a plus. But you will great taste of sugar syrup mixed with alcohol. Please avoid. They should be hanging a board. Bring...
Read more2 stars only for the ambience. Me and my friends were so disappointed with the way the situation of 'one starter gone wrong' was handled. We ordered french fries, chocolate milkshake and chicken pop corn our of which chicken popcorn wasn't something that suited our tastebuds.. we informed the staff and asked if it could be replaced but with a different item on the menu. They first said yes but when we chose our options, they came back saying it cannot be done then we selected another option they came back saying no. Then we agreed to pay and ordered the rest of the food which was chicken hariyali, 3 rotis, 1cheese garlic bread and a dal tadka for a friend who wasn't feeling good health wise. Now they cancelled dal tadka on their own even after repeating the order and confirming it. When we asked for the bill, they gave us the same bill without compensating for the food we complaint about. After asking they reduced 150rs from the bill. The point here wasn't about money, it was about options and priority. About customer satisfaction without cutting on your profits. I liked the place but would not want to visit again since I felt the staff culture is egoistic and not about learning. The place doesn't want to grow since they do not want to learn from their mistakes and are not ready to be flexible. Really...
