Forget waffle it is same like other outlet but what is different here is pathetic staff.

No seriousness towards there job and were cracking jokes. Only single person was there to make waffle while rest 3 was busy disturbing and completely useless. While cashier on other hand says it will take one hour for the order to get prepared.

After waiting for an hour and then another hour to get the order is not worth the hype.

I strictly urge management that not to keep National waffle day scheme and if you keep do prepare with sufficient workforce to make the process smooth and quick.

Don't just look in monetory perspective.

Also please install more desk/platform to prepare waffle as when I asked why single guy is only preparing the he said we have only single platform to create.

The charges for parcel is tooooooooo high.

I ordered one one dark chocolate in waffle with ice cream of cost Rs. 180.

Upto this it is okay, quality stuff may be on little costly side. But they charge extra Rs. 30 for packaging. What material they use for packaging... Papaer sheet for waffle with chocolate, hardly 4-5 inch paper cover Ice cream in small paper cup One paper lifafa/ carrier/ cover hardly of half of A4 size paper.

Upon purchasing this much stuff any shop will give this parcel for free of packaging cost or may charge at Rs. 2-3-at max Rs 5.

But Rs 30 is too much and they said it is as per our company...

The store in Wakad is one of many waffle stores, however, this one is the best one, specially the staff is really good and helpful. And these are the only ones who sell waffles in Almond flour, this is a new addition, although regular waffles are good this one is much better, it's crispier light and of course a little healthy compared to maida flour. But yes call before reaching there specifically for the almond flour waffle, as it takes time to prepare the batter and is not always available as its demand is less compared to regular ones. But this is a must...
