I had a profoundly disappointing experience on 25th June at Fresh Bake Store on Buddi Lane, Aurangabad, that has completely taken away my trust in your store.

While making a purchase, the cashier initially informed me that the total cost was Rs. 220. However, knowing my items should cost less, I asked him to double-check. He promptly changed the amount to Rs. 210 and used a calculator to show me the breakdown. When I confronted him about the discrepancy, he flat-out denied ever saying Rs. 220 and insisted that I must have misheard. This response was not only unprofessional but also felt dismissive and dishonest.

To add to the frustration, the cashier claimed they did not provide bills when I asked for a bill to verify the total. This lack of transparency and accountability is entirely unacceptable. Customers should have the right to receive a bill for their purchases, both for their records and to ensure that they are not being overcharged.

The experience left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Such practices indicate a severe lack of integrity and professionalism in managing customer transactions. Highly popular in the locality of Roshan Gate, over the time they've updated the list of their offerings along with shop which is quite attractive and can be seen while passing by or driving down in the car. All their products are really good, they also have an everyday offer after 10pm which is buy 2 and get 1 free.
