Pathetic service. The staff was just roaming here and there, thats what i and people along with me noticed while we waited for 45min for just pomfret fry. The staff kept saying aapka hi ho raha hai, laa rahe hai, but it took 45min. Not only that, even for masala papad they took 45min. Probably they did not place the order only for that because it does not take 45min for a simple masala papad. I ordered fish thali and prawns biryani and they took another 40-45min for the the biryani but thali was still not served. It was an hour after which i cancelled the order for thali and left. Its a waste. I and my friends did not like the service and had a very bad time, food is rated ok but service is pathetic. Staff is not responsive and the 2000rs they took for pomfret fry was not even worth 500rs, i had the worst experience. I think all the good reviews given are either paid or their own given reviews because nothing is even 1% of what the reviews mentioned. I became a fool by trusting the reviews. Please dont waste your time and money. Also to mention, the place wasn't even crowded or full that the orders were taking time to come. Staff here is hopeless and of no use. Very very very bad experience. Would never come here, neither would suggest anyone to go to this place which has no value for customers and time. #shameonyouHODI 3 other customers from different tables cancelled their order in front of us and went away. Found this Gem near Lonavala. We were 4 in total in search for a Good restaurant. Were tired as hell and wanted to try something good. While driving on the highway we were just looking left and right in search of a Restaurant to have dinner. Suddenly we came across this Place which was to our right and we were on the opposite road so we had to go a good long about 2-3 kms to take a U-Turn but i can definitely say it was worth it. Came outside the restaurant and the main thing that got us attracted here or you can say got the Attention of all 4 of us was their Ambience and Environment nearby. But to my surpise the Service the food and everything was absolutely amazing. We entered then got a seat for 4 of us. So as the first thing that comes by default is Fried Garlic Chana so that was the first one on the list. Then as this place is famous for Sea Food. We tried something in Sea Food which was Tandoori Prawns which was very good. Then we ordered Chicken Handi with Butter Naan and then Tandoori Roti Jeera Rice with Dal Tadka Gulab Jamun. We visited this beautiful boat-shaped restaurant on 12th July during a family outing to Lonavala, and it was a perfect finale to our trip! With around 30 of us—ranging from toddlers to grandparents—the place instantly charmed everyone with its unique design and welcoming ambiance. The starters set the tone, especially the chicken, which was incredibly soft, juicy, and perfectly cooked.
