I recently visited Icy Spicy, drawn in by its brand name and the positive reviews online. However, my experience was far from what I expected. The service was extremely disappointing, despite there being enough staff on the floor. The waiters were unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy, often engaging in arguments instead of addressing customer concerns. It felt as though they were not properly trained to handle a busy restaurant environment.

The food quality was another major letdown. I tried several items from their menu, hoping to find at least one dish that stood out, but everything was subpar. The flavors were off, the presentation was uninspiring, and the overall taste left much to be desired. It was a complete waste of money, and I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my choice.

I couldn't help but wonder how the restaurant managed to accumulate so many positive reviews. It was my first time visiting Icy Spicy. Everything was good and clean. I ordered Chinese bhel and sandwich with Ice Gola. Chinese bhel was spicy but couldn't stop myself from eating it. I really didn't like the sandwich that much filling was not that satisfying but end part I mean the crisp was amazing though. I ordered Raspberry flavoured Ice gola at first it tested good but the syrup made it taste like cough syrup but can go with other options like Rajbhog and Kacchi kairy Ice Gola.
