Hotel Laadli veg-Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

It's crowded, and because of it, they are trying to serve very fast. As I experienced the test of the dist is not good and I get something (ant-like something) in my start up Masala Papad. Tandur I ordered is not crisp, it's loose and not tasty too. I got problems with my stomach at night because of Masala Paneer.

Customers are the priority of any hotel or restaurant. If customers are not treated well, then no matter how big the restaurant is, it is useless.

I mostly observe in any popular restaurants, the servants are giving importance to your appearance, not to you. If you look rich by appearance they treated you well and talk with a smile. And if any middle-class person enters, they neglect him like a beggar. I can't understand. Are the middle-class person not paying you complete after a meal or it is his fault that he chose your restaurant?

Think about it... it deeply hurts. I had...

In short good food but Third class service.....

Food quality was definitely good (we had ordered veg kolhapuri, panir handi, Nan, chapati, icecream and rice ) but service was worst. Rude and insulting behaviour from waiters even when we were talking politely. Treatment from the waiters was like they are favouring us by serving food. Will never visit this hotel (to get insulted by waiters) even if food is given free... while taking order waiters were scolding customers about timing of food served.... You will have to order food at one time only (they strictly say no food will be served after 1st order).......... if customer ask for additional food items after 1st order then the waiters will talk louder scold and insult customers......

Having more than 3k reviews on G maps doesn't means to insult...
