We have booked for a large group of 30 plus people on a weekend, staff was very rude and incorporating. They were forcing our guests to finish their meal soon and in the end they were literally snatching their plates to complete the order and jump on to next customers waiting. For few of our guests they were ignoring the request to serve requested items. 37 people cannot reach at one time and finish their meal, there will be a buffer time of 30-45 minutes. If you are not experienced with such events and if you don't have approximate idea of time required for such functions then you shouldn't take the order. Snatching the plates of previous customers and serving the next customers is not a proper way. You knew there will be an event and you received an advance amount and still you accepted other bulk booking. Our family was not able to sit together because you gave mid tables to other guests, still we didn't complain about it as we knew everyone didn't reach together and you shouldn't loose your business. It was a bad decision to book with you guys, lot of guests got hurt because of you. Your staff is manner less. Swad is far better in food quality and items. Swad's hospitality is very good and they attend everyone personally. Go here only if you want to...
Read moreWords are less to describe this place. It's got beautiful and posh ambience, exquisite food, fast service, friendly staff, super hygienic and has a great great value for money. It is a restaurant that serves yummy vegetarian thali with numerous varieties each time you go. I was there during the weekend to the restaurant and we were contented with everything it had to offer us. They served us four varieties of vegetables everyday, not the basic sweets; we were served with sitaphal cream, rasmalai,Puran poli, jalebi, malpua, dudi halwa. Three varieties of Indian bread, three varieties of rice, four varieties of dal that included dahi Kadi, meethi kadhi, etc. The tiny tots also had something for them. Parents could serve them with delicious dal and ghee and steam rice. The cherry on top was that we got signature dishes in our thalis : veg Manchurian, paneer chilli, dal pakwan, Punjabi samosa, etc. Overall Naivedya was the best thing in our entire trip to Aurangabad during the weekend. I highly recommend it to everyone to try Naivedya if you are from Aurangabad or will be...
Read moreI visited this restaurant a few days ago with my parents. The place offers unlimited (all-you-can-eat) vegetarian thaali. The food was good and the portions were ample. The staff was courteous and served the food quickly and efficiently.
However, I found that the tables, floors were full of house flies which put me off. I can understand that the flies in the monsoons are notorious and they are everywhere but one can take precautions to control their number in one's place of living or business.
So when I asked one of the executives (who occasionally visited each table to oversee the patrons and their comfort) if something could be done about this, he was unable to get it done. I found it to be a bit surprising that an upscale place like this could be so casual towards visibly unhygienic conditions and yet remain inactive even though their client brings it to their attention.
It is for this reason only that I chose to give the place a...
