Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Customer Service at TeaPost, Grand Highstreet, Hinjewadi, 15th Dec 2024, around 9PM I recently had a disappointing experience at TeaPost Grand High Street, that I feel compelled to share. I sent my 8-year-old son to purchase a water bottle with a ₹100 note. Unfortunately, he was returned torn and damaged currency notes as change, and no bill was provided for the transaction.

While the amount involved was small, what upset me the most was the treatment of my young son. When I visited the store to address the issue, I was met with rude behavior from the staff. The lady in charge argued with me, instead of resolving the situation, and even compared my child to her staff member in a condescending manner.

As a parent, it's not just about the money, but the experience of watching your child be treated poorly and made to feel like a fool. This type of customer service is not only unprofessional but also undermines the trust and respect customers should expect from any business.
