Restaurant Review: "Kanha Pure Veg"

I recently dined at Kanha Veg, and while the flavors of the food were commendable, there were a few hiccups during my experience. Let me share the details:

Food Taste and Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The taste of the dishes was indeed good. I particularly enjoyed the honey chili potatoes, which had a delightful balance of spice and sweetness. The platter, featuring three types of paneer, was also flavorful.

Order Management: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unfortunately, the restaurant faced some mismanagement during the order process. When I inquired about the absence of soya chap in the platter, they suggested exchanging it for another paneer or an alternative item. However, after a brief wait, they informed me that it wasn't possible due to some unspecified reason. This inconsistency left me feeling a tad perplexed.

Honey Chili Potato Portion: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ While the honey chili potatoes were delicious, I couldn't help but notice that the quantity of honey drizzle was on the scant side. A little more attention to detail in this regard would elevate the dish further.

Payment Experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Towards the end of my meal, I mentioned that I intended to pay via Swiggy Dineout. Initially, they politely declined, but upon confirming with their management, they eventually accepted it. Kudos to them for resolving the matter professionally.

Ambiance and Environment: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The sitting arrangement and overall welcoming environment at Kanha Veg were great. It added to the pleasant dining experience.

In summary, Kanha Pure Veg serves good food, but there's room for improvement. With a bit more effort in managing orders and ensuring consistency, they could truly excel. I hope they take this feedback constructively and continue to enhance...

I wish to give -5, but giving 1 star for food as अन्नाहे पूर्णब्रह्म , we 4 went have our dinner as my kiddo got prize in her sports competition but it was totally spoiled. We ordered simple food,1. masala papad came in small size, n very spicy. 2.ordered Chinese veg hot pan took more than 30 mins as I can understand it's Sunday that's why taking time....and same time we are asking / requesting to captain n whole staff to turn on AC n fans, but they are giving some reason as not turned on AC n fans ...than came out whole burned veg hot pan ....only 1 piece each we had which r not turned black by our luck...each n every customer who came for dinner got burning smell n coughing because of food burning smook we felt embarrassment for this... Staff not even apologized for their mistake n not even bothered for burned dish. We paid for whole food which we ordered. Than main cource , chilled palak paneer served with half cooked rotis. N served all rotis on same time. Sabji was less salted n sweet in taste . Spoiled our dinner .waiter is serving water taking from our bottle to serve others. Pathetic.....We tried for first time but I never ever recommend to anyone who wish to celebrate their good time here at kanha veg , ravet. Ambition is good if they use AC n Fans for their customers to feel good. Food ekdum bakwas. Service is totally disappointed. I guess I am wasting my time to write this review. But those who read can understand my pain, my precious time n my hard earned money wasted. Think before u go. no happiness in my case . Very very pricey. No kids friendly, no parking space, no wheelchair...

⚠️ Warning: Extremely Unhygienic, Very Slow & Unsafe Dining Experience ⚠️

We had one of the worst experiences at Khana Veg. The hygiene level is shockingly poor. The same person who was cooking food was also washing dishes and serving customers, which is completely unacceptable. The glasses and plates smelled so bad — almost like vomit — and even the bottled water kept on the table had a foul odor.

The service was equally terrible and painfully slow. We entered at 3:00 PM and left around 5:00 PM, waiting 40–50 minutes for each dish to arrive. For such unhygienic conditions, this kind of delay made the experience even worse.

When we raised our concerns, instead of taking proper action, the staff casually offered a 10% discount, as if risking customers’ health could be compensated with a small price cut. Another family dining with us also got into a fight with the management for the same reasons.

On top of that, there were internal fights among the staff right in front of customers, which clearly showed the lack of professionalism. The CCTV cameras on the upper floor were just for show and not even working. To make things worse, when we asked the manager himself to drink water from the same glass kept on our table, he refused — admitting it smelled bad.

This place is a serious health hazard. Dining here feels like risking food poisoning. Absolutely not recommended for anyone, especially families. Strongly suggest avoiding this restaurant...
