I would like to share positive feedback regarding my recent visit to KFC Prozone.

The restaurant was maintained in excellent condition, with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene visible across the dining area, counters, and washrooms. This created a very comfortable and welcoming environment for customers.

The speed of service was highly appreciable – my order was taken and served promptly, without any unnecessary delay. The team ensured smooth operations even during peak time, which reflects strong process management and efficiency.

KFC needs to step up their franchise in Aurangabad. Someone needs to take responsibility. The products are good, but the management is not able to run the store. Better to shut it down.

Details of not good management: Fake advertising of products that are not being sold for a long time. They do not have many options. Everytime you have to settle for something else. No KFC crushers or drinks of any kind. They do need a logistics manager and then plan their raw material supply, cuz they cannot provide the customers and I have seen people go out and leave the store because something that they wanted was not present. And I am also one of those disappointed customers too. No cleanliness. It's very dirty everytime I go. You have to ask for Bill. They do not provide. You have to ask for tissue. They do not provide.

The KFC outlet is pretty great at the prozone. The ambience is obviously standard and there is ample seating for enough people to accomodate. There is mostly hardly my h crowd but even when there is, they have good staff to serve everyone as soon as possible. They are polite and they help you better than the usual people who just scare you into buying extras .
