BAKWAS, WORST, THIRD CLASS!! A total भगवान भरोसे restaurant.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Please avoid going here. There is total chaos among the staff. The restaurant ambience also sucked to be frank.

First of all, there is no character as Manager there. The staff doesn't care once you are in, no one will even look at you as if you don't exist. You will have to search for the table yourself. Even if you go ahead and ask the staff to arrange a table, firstly he will say to wait 10-15 mins , after 10 mins if you dare to ask again, he will respond to wait again 30 mins more.

I felt as if I was doing myself a favour by coming to this pathetic restaurant. No one will ask for water, or will help you in sorting out other options.

I left the restaurant without ordering. It was already past 10 pm. I didn't have the courage to wait for another 30 mins and then again wait for 30-45 mins to have the food on my table.

I read the menu in those 15mins wait. Your menu is also not par as per the standard you show! Very limited options to choose from.

Don't know how other people are giving ratings of 3,4 or even 5. Your staff doesn't know/care/bother/treat us well.

Please I request anyone who is reading this review, please don't go in Basil and spoil your good fine evening/afternoon 🙏

I think the ratings are fake. Because

1. The ambience is not at all good
2. Staff behaviour and service sucks.
3. Menu have very limited options.
4. There is no courtesy for customers.
5. Where the hell is the Manager or an authoritative person to talk to in case customer have any issues...

For the first time, I visited Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. There I visited one restaurant for dinner. It is named The Basil Kitchen. This place is near Prozone Mall and also the CIDCO stop. This place is very good in ambience, and the seating area was very quiet and pleasant. Any person who visited this place had a good experience at any time. After arriving at this place, I was seated by the staff. The menu was given. The entire menu is vegetarian and pure veg. The seating arrangement was good enough. The ambience and atmosphere of this place are very satisfactory. I ordered paneer sabzi, chapati, and steamed rice. They take orders according to our taste, like less spicy or more. The staff was very helpful. They also suggest their special food. There is one special thali, AMRAS THALI, which is very famous. This thali was unlimited, and sharing is not allowed. Many people were ordering this famous thali, but I ordered some plain meal for myself. The food was very delicious. I really enjoyed the food. Service was very fine.
