KFC — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Very very very Disappointed. I entered the store at 10.20 Pm on 5th May 24. The store was very dirty used tissues were lying on the floor. Tables were not clean treys with trash were on the tables for more than 15min. Which we ask the staff to clean then it was cleaned. Next coming to the service, I went for order the staff on the POS was not attending us. After some time they asked us if card or upi carry on with automated machine for order which we were ok with. We placed our order and completed the payment but on their screen the payment was not completed. I was telling them the problem but again they were not paying attention to us. They was no rush of customers and then also they were not attending.after that one staff came out and told us that will complete your order but we wanted to talk to the manager of the store.after asking for a while the manager came out after 10min was very rude and arrogant. He was telling us as if he was doing a fever on us of giving us the food . He was repeatedly telling us that your payment has not been done then to I am giving you the food. We were telling him that the payment has been completed and also showing him the transaction code and everything then to refusing to see it and telling us that I am doing a fever of giving you the food. Also he just left us there and inside without accepting his mistake or also apologising to us. Next coming to the food- the food serve were soggy . This store not at all hygienic. This store needs company Audit. Will not visit store ever again. Also will not recommend...

Third class manager, reshma gomte, n so is my overall experience. This was my forth take away from this particular store. This time food and store experience went pathetic. I will explain u .. i went to store as usual, made order with request to add peri peri(hot wing masala) to strips, also informed, i need to take away 10kms from store to lohegaon on bike ,please pack accordingly, I didn't expected such lack of common sense or understanding. When customer is saying a situation, it's your job to analyse and recommend customer that i see you have order cold drink, is it okay if we give you in paper cup? We don't have cans available. But your person was least bother. He accepted n made the order, n handover me whole order. N poor me with situation,i again requested him plz replace colddrink with tin can, i can pay u extra. He said no not available. How over smart people. Atlast, as no option, i have to drink whole paper glass of cold drink , unnecessarily, there standing at the counter, it was raining outside. N i could takeaway home only strips n burger. I felt very bad n insulted. Moreover, i requested for peri peri masala , was not added. I find ur plain kfc tasteless, i m Marathi foodie, loves spice, just check my order record at pheonix KFC ,they are the best, i always give them good rating immediately. PPL should learn to respect human being. Have presence of mind. I won't enter that...

Don't order your food online from KFC. I had a terrible experience with its online service. I ordered the food on 4th September at around 8 PM & it was supposed to be delivered at 8:41 pm. I was waiting around 9 PM for my order. Then I called customer care to check the order status but I was unable to connect with them. Finally, after trying several times, I was connected with the customer care number & after waiting 4 to 5 minutes to connect with the customer care executive, it disconnected automatically.I tried to reconnect with them till around 11:30 PM but did not connect with them. I did not get any notification about my order, any call from KFC, nor did I get any refund that day. Today on 5th September, again I called customer care at 11:39 am to check the status of my order then he told me that my order was cancelled because the delivery person was not available yesterday. This means they took 15 hours to realise that they don't have a delivery person to deliver my order??? or took 15 hours & forgot to update the same with his customer??? or took 15 hours to cancel my order??? or took 15 hours & forgot to refund my money??? What kind of...
