I visited the PCMC Sambhaji Chowk branch of Belgian Waffle yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered the Mini Waffles box of four chocolate waffles, expecting the usual high quality I’ve enjoyed at other outlets. However, what I received after a 20-minute wait was cold and soggy waffles—completely unappetizing and disappointing.

The staff's attitude added to the negative experience. They were unwelcoming and seemed entirely focused on processing Zomato and Swiggy orders, ignoring the dine-in customers. Every dine-in customer, including myself, had to endure a minimum wait time of 20 minutes, which is unacceptable after receivin cold waffles.

I’ve always had positive experiences at other Belgian Waffle outlets, but this particular visit was an exception. I hope the management addresses these issues and ensures a better experience for dine-in customers in the future. For now, I’d hesitate to return to...
