Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Review :10-Apr-2025, Thursday Visit : 09-Apr-2025, 0730 PM Had gone to just try this place as had watched this place 3-4 times while travelling from Bhakti Shakti chowk to Spine Mall Chowk. Also my daughter wanted to eat Momo's. As usual like most of Food Startups flush with funds from Global Investment Firms & Franchise setup (which means local money investor who does not understand Food Business, just wants Profits). So NO service, NO atmosphere, No toilet , NO wash basin , NO free water / water dispenser, NO Paper Cups , NO spoon , NO extra tissues. AC unit setup is there however with NO Customers, always kept in shut mode, may be only in ON mode during full capacity. Only ONE person who takes Order, does billing & payment confirmation, then starts preparing the Order, serves & even collects the plates from the tables. Ordered the Veg Steam Momo's which were advertised on the Door & in Front of the Shop in full man size as an offer 4+4 pieces in Rs. 99/-. Also ordered Hot Garlic Fried Momo's (5 pieces only). Taste is very Average. Size of Momo's & Quantity of filling is negligible considering that the filling is made of 90% grated cabbage, some chilly & carrots. Charged Rs. 5/- extra for ECO packaging, which is just paper container. No dishes so that no wasting time, water, cleaning liquid & labour for cleaning. After spending Rs. 302/- neither my daughter nor myself were satisfied with the taste. Forget about filling our appetite. Fried is Rs. 45/- extra, Pan Fried is Rs. 65/- extra. Waste of Time & Money. NOT...

The manager or person who works there is extremely rude and doesn't know what he shouldne serving because i placed an order and what i got was some extremely undercooked steam momoms and the other 2 fried ones were dripping in oil not even kidding it was extremely oily. Plus when i clearly asked him for a refund because it was honestly inedible he said wait 10 mins after waiting he just showed me another set of my order and said "Itna oil toh rehta hai hai momos mein" I was so confused as to what he was saying because we have had momos that were bad, but this my godness it was just unexpected to receive such an answer from a person whose running a fast food chain. Because food should atleast be edible in some sorts and that was not it he denied my refund request even though i brought him back the food which i had ordered because like i said it was inedible. But he said we cannot give refund for all but we can give for steam. Which he didn't give me either just passed me the order which he remade again dripped in oil and extremely bad the sauce looked like it was weeks old and i dont no man just would not recommend this to...

I had a horrible experience with my recent order from here. The veg momos were in extremely poor condition - as clearly seen in the photos, the outer bread was soggy, poorly cooked, and of such bad quality that it literally fell apart when picked up. It felt like it had been left out too long or not steamed properly at all.

The burger (Moburg) was no better - the sauces used didn't blend with the patty, making it taste completely off. There was no flavor balance, and it felt dry and disconnected.

To make things worse, they forgot the sweet item in my order - the only thing I was genuinely looking forward to after the rest of the disappointing food.

With such poor food quality, bad bread texture, and careless order handling, I've made up my mind: Never ordering from Wow! Momo again. Really, really...
