Pokket Cafe Nigdi — Restaurant in Maharashtra

WORST CAFE EXPERIENCE EVER. Visited Pokket Cafe today with a friend, and I swear I’ve never met a more rude and arrogant owner in my life. The moment we stepped in, the vibes were already off — and then it just kept getting worse.

Ordered something worth ₹100 and politely asked if the AC could be turned on (you know, like a basic courtesy in any decent cafe). And guess what this gentleman says? “AC mat chalao, aapke ₹100 ke order ke liye mai AC afford nahi karunga.” Wow. I didn’t know I had to buy half the cafe to deserve some ventilation. Bro really out here running a business like it’s his living room.

He then pointed to a spot with tables squeezed in a corridor-like area outside, right under direct sunlight, and insisted we sit there. What next, sit on the floor and fan him while we eat his disgusting food?

Speaking of food — Tasteless, bland, and not even served properly. So here’s the breakdown:

Customer service: Non-existent. Instead, you get sarcasm, rudeness, and attitude.

Food: Not worth the money at all.

Owner: 0/10. Needs a crash course in how to talk to human beings.

Final verdict: Unless you're into being insulted, mistreated, and sweating while you chew disappointment, DO NOT go here. Plenty of better cafes with better food, better staff, and basic human decency.

Pokket Cafe? More like Pakka Regret Cafe....

Hands down one of the WORST café experiences I’ve ever had — and that’s saying something.

I visited Pokket Cafe today and was greeted with not food or hospitality, but pure arrogance. The owner was insanely rude. When I asked if the AC could be turned on (because it was burning hot), he actually told me, “AC mat chalao, aapke 100rs ke order ke liye mai AC afford nahi karunga.” Excuse me? Didn't know basic decency had a minimum spend.

To top it off, he directed me to sit in a tiny corner with two cramped tables right under direct sunlight — like I was being punished for walking in. The food? Disgusting. Absolutely no flavor, and the hygiene looked questionable at best.

This place doesn’t deserve to be called a café. Zero respect for customers, zero hospitality, and food that’s not even worth finishing. Save yourself the regret and avoid this place like the plague.

To whoever owns the franchise: you seriously need to reconsider giving dealership to someone like this. He’s driving your brand straight...

Nice place to hangout for couples, friends, and even family.. they have places for each category to sit so need not to worry of that.... You can get all cafe products here with awesome quality no doubt in it.. There are no waiters to disturb you so you keep on talking for long (self service). I Love the Mexican cheese burger from them it's delicious... The cawa crush (Cold Coffee Crush) is the one of the popular around them... . . Good lighting, Good music, Good food quality, God hygiene . . Overall good place to spend time with...
