Having read only positive reviews for the restaurant two months ago on both Google and Zomato, although they were handful at the time, I couldn't resist the urge regardless to visit the place. The food and the ambience looked very tempting to not to go there. At the entrance there's a miniature waterfall with some seating arrangements with beautiful lighting one one side and more seating arrangements on the other side. The distance between the tables is quite spacious. We, however, proceeded to sit inside and it is a very beautiful ambience inside. Our captain, Mr. Sandeep, was courteous and very helpful in guiding us with recommendations. So coming to food, we ordered, for starters:

  1. Mozzarella Fingers: A definite must have. I have had the dish at various fast food outlets, but here the fingers were so different since it was mixed with some spices and herbs as well, and it paired amazingly with the tandoori dip that comes with it. The cheese pull was a chef's kiss.
  2. Hara Bhara Kebab: Served with some green peas, capsicum mix, along with some mildly spicy cabbage, as a topping, pop it in your mouth and it melts right away. So damn good. Most outlets get the kebab wrong by serving it dry which makes it to be dependent entirely on the chutney for moisture which dissipates it's flavor, but here that was not the case. It had enough moisture that it did not feel weird, nor did you have to depend much on the chutney for added flavors since this in itself has a complete punch of flavour.
  3. Cheese Garlic bread: Honestly I expected them to serve us with just two toasts but it was not the case, they serve it with 6 pieces. The cheese was not overly cooked, and the garlic was not overpowering the dish. It was a well made and balanced dish. Oh, I dipped it in the tandoori dip from mozzarella fingers, instead of ketchup, and it paired amazingly with it. With such amazing starters we proceeded to order a Bloody Mary and a Virgin Mojito. I wanted something with ginger ale since I wanted that "spicy" kick you get from ginger ale, but they didn't have any mocktail with it, so I ordered bloody Mary which has tobasco and a dash of black pepper in it. Both were pretty good. For main course, we ordered:
  4. Paneer Lapeta: This was a chef's special, which was not on the menu. It was a paneer dish, obviously, coated with cheese and cooked in tandoor and then mixed with a red gravy. It was a tad sweet, but a definitely must have. I believe there were 8 pieces of paneer in the dish, wish it had a but more like 10-12 but it was nonetheless a very delicious dish.
  5. Veg Khasta: A mix if minced vegetables in a spicy gravy. Not to be confused with veg handi, because of completely different gravy and style of preparation, but it was lovely!
  6. Yellow Dal Lasooni: It was standard yellow dal with flavor garlic in it. Normally it is not served with the "tadka", so we requested for it and it gave that additional spice flavor which I like.
  7. Plain roti: You know if a hotel is good or not can be judged by the way they serve a plain roti, an Indian bread with zero flavour in it. If it's hard to chew or even tear then it becomes a bit of a wrong impression on a customer. Glad the plain roti, here, was a very soft roti.
  8. Butter roti
  9. Butter Naan
  10. Misi Roti We were quite stuffed so had to skip on desserts but definitely would try some the next time I visit here. All in all, this is a very fine addition to the every growing list of restaurants, and they are here to stay, and you should definitely and utmost have to visit them! P.S: Mr.Sandeep, like I mentioned, was very courteous and cooperative with us, hence he made sure when asked for green chillies or red chilli sauce, it was done ASAP. Also he informed us that the food is prepared as you order, and that it was not pre cooked, or half cooked and then reheated and served. Hence the food tasted delicious and it is very noticeable than you think it is. Kudos to the...

I recently dined out and had a mixed experience. The food was undoubtedly the highlight, deserving its 4.3 out of 5 rating. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, and everything I tried was flavorful and well-prepared. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was on point. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that you get good value for your money.

As for the atmosphere, I would rate it a solid 4 out of 5. The place has a warm and inviting ambiance, perfect for a casual dinner or a special occasion. The decor is tasteful and modern, creating a comfortable dining environment. The lighting is just right—not too bright, but enough to see your meal clearly. The only minor drawback was that it got a bit noisy during peak hours, which made conversation slightly challenging.

However, the service left much to be desired, which unfortunately brought down the overall experience. I have to rate the service at 3 out of 5. The main issue was the lack of promptness. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, our orders took an unusually long time to arrive. Additionally, there was a significant delay in getting refills and other requests, which affected the overall dining experience. To make matters worse, one of the servers accidentally dropped part of the serving on my clothes. Although mistakes happen, it was a bit disappointing that the incident wasn't handled with more urgency or concern. While they did apologize, I felt a bit neglected afterward, and no offer was made to compensate for the mishap.

Overall, the place offers delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere, but the service needs significant improvement. With more attentiveness and efficiency, this could easily become one of my favorite...

I recently visited [pune’s royal] with high expectations, but unfortunately, the overall service left a lot to be desired. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unattentive, which set the tone for the entire meal.

Firstly, it took an unusually long time for anyone to even acknowledge our presence. Once we were finally seated, it felt like we were invisible to the servers. They rarely checked on us, and when they did, it was with an air of indifference.

To make matters worse, our orders were completely mishandled. Several dishes arrived cold, and one item was missing entirely, despite it being clearly listed on the receipt. The staff's reaction to our complaints was apathetic at best, leaving us feeling unheard and undervalued as customers.

The lack of communication between the kitchen and the waitstaff was evident, as they seemed unprepared to address any issues that arose. This lack of coordination significantly impacted our dining experience, and we were left questioning the professionalism of the establishment.

Furthermore, the ambiance was far from enjoyable. The noise level was uncomfortably loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired, with dirty tables and unpleasant odors permeating the air.

Overall, my experience at [Restaurant Name] was truly disappointing. I had hoped for a pleasant evening out, but instead, I encountered subpar service, poor communication, and a lack of attention to detail. I won't be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to others until they address their service issues and strive for a more...

To satiate our hungry souls we planned visited the restaurant. This was our 3rd visit having had good experiences earlier as well. They don't happen to have extra space to accommodate customers' vehicles apart from the space on the roadside. They do have basket parking assistance that is not chargeable. We were asked for our details before escorting us to the family dining area. The tables were clean and well maintained. Lighting was on point, not too flashy neither to dark. The music also was pretty soft allowing us to speak amongst ourselves without shouting. The staff was soft spoken and courteous to lend us the menu and explain their special dishes as well as take note of our preferences pertaining to the soup, starters as well as the main course. Meanwhile, again the staff needs to be applauded for their efficient taking diwn of the order and organized service. Food was served hot and tasty. We found the main course served was not as spicy as we'd expected so we requested for a spicier gravy. And the hotel staff obliged. We were provided with the optimized dish and enquired whether it matches our expectations. Kudos to the staff for their efforts in ensuring we enjoy our food. The food was fresh and tasty and we had a great time dining there. At times didn't even have to take the serving by ourselves as the waiters were helping us out at all times. We were provided finger bowls as well. When we left the restaurant we had a pretty pettable Rottweiler sitting beside the security guard and was not aggressive at all. We had a wonderful night dining and Pune's Royal hotel.

This was under my radar since few months. Through other reviews and images I was quite hyped for its ambience and colorful toned surrounding. I had some benchmark in my mind, which actually didn't match in reality. While being said that, ambience is not at all disappointing but not a marvelous either. There is something disproportionate about this place that you realize the moment you visit it. This restaurant is in the size of medium category with crowded surrounding that you expect on Pimple Nilakh-Wakad road. We sat at outdoor which is on small floor than what you see in google images. Ambience was not bad per se , but it's presentation is not something to remain with you forever. Now coming to food, it didn't disappoint. Taste was consistent, spices were just right, texture was absolute delight. I tasted PR special non veg platter which is enough for 5-6 people, it had good quantity of chicken tikka, chicken kababs, prawns and fish... and some other quick bytes like cheese Cherry pineapple, chicken Peri peri were good too. Other than this Paneer Kadhai, Paneer mumtaj, dal fry and butter naans were fantastic. Overall food quality was able to able to satiate my taste buds, nothing to complain there. Prices were even on higher side, it matches with quantity and service they provide. Staff is good, polite and helpful. I would certainly visit it just for taste of food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pune's Royal, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The ambience, food, and service were all top-notch, creating a memorable visit. The atmosphere at Pune's Royal was delightful, setting the stage for a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance was inviting and added a touch of elegance to the meal. Speaking of the food, I was impressed by the taste and presentation. Each dish was prepared with care and showcased a balance of flavors that pleased the palate. The attention to detail in the presentation elevated the dining experience, making it even more enjoyable. However, I must mention that the laccha paratha we ordered was not up to the mark. It fell short of our expectations in terms of taste and texture. It's a minor setback in an otherwise delightful culinary journey at Pune's Royal. The service provided by the staff was commendable. They were attentive, polite, and made sure our needs were met throughout the meal. Their friendly and efficient service contributed to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, Pune's Royal offers a great dining experience with a pleasant ambience, delicious food, and excellent service. While the laccha paratha could be improved, the overall quality and enjoyment of the meal were not compromised. I would recommend visiting this establishment for a delightful culinary experience.
