Reddy's Biryani Zone — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This place is quite popular among the patrons for the biryanis over the decade. Ambience recently renovated so it is good place for decent family dining restaurants but the most orders is of delivery and bulk.

Me along with my foodie friends got invited for wintermenu tasting hence visited here.

It begins with bowl of warm Chicken Noodles Soup comfort for this weather, slight thin broth of chicken with added boiled noodles is just amazing.

Next come the appetizers, Chicken Rojali Kebab followed with Andhra Chilli Chicken and Gobi Tikka. Rojali Kebab were good in taste, stuffed with mild spicy minced chicken and cheese over tikka, loved it. Then I tried Andhra Chilli Chicken which is kind of twist then those traditional one. It was somewhere between indo chinese version of chicken 65, taste was good but it was over coated with cornflour hence its become slightly hard and chewy. Can give try for this. Gobi tikka was decent with masalas I feel it must get little less spicy. The accompanied of laccha pyaaz and green chutney were simply outstanding.

Got served with season special Surmai Rawa Fry, the coating of rawa over the fish was too much and the reason it become more thick.

From the mains Murgh Musallam with Chilli Garlic Naan were completely awesome. chicken kheema and tandoor pieces of chicken cooked in red thick gravy serve with bed of mild color infused basmati rice and some boiled egg is just wow.

As the name says biryani zone, then biryani is must have here. Tried classic chicken dum biryani and prawns biryani, both are good in taste but prawns coating were little more than expected but regular biryani is for rescue 😄. I don't know why they serve biryani without any accompaniment like raita and rassa but still it's enjoyable with itself.

Ended up with ice cream as a dessert, where I expect some winter special desserts and we shared the feedback to them.

Overall, with little point we shared the feedback to the owners and they agreed to look over it.

When it's comes to Andhra cuisine it always hold special place in my heart, the way its prepared balancing the heat & flavor so perfectly that assure to make you happier.

In the matter of time, many restaurants has opened up under the name of Reddy's, but what similar in many of them is there biryani for which they are known for.

Recently visited to one of the similar "Reddy's" which was on my wishlist for long time as I always watched while passing through the road.

This is fine-dine restaurants primarily focused for family dining and takeaways.

Now coming to the main part ie food, Tried the delicious Mutton Seekh Kebab juicy and melt in mouth kind of goes best with green chutney. Will return sure to try Andhra Chilli Chicken and Chicken 65 (Hyderabadi style).

From the mains, tried Mutton Dum Biryani and Chicken Dum Biryani both of them were simply amazing.

(Tip: Ask for portion size while ordering since half portion is sufficient for 2 pax)

Coming to the biryani it was flavorful, long grain of basmati rice perfectly cooked. Meat was marinated so accurate that it can be pricked with two fingers. Accompanied served along with was mirchi ka salan which was slight thick and balance well with spices and salty-watery raita with spike of green chillies in it.

The biryani was so good that the plate left wipeable.

Overall this is amazing place for the family with some good stuffs. Also they serves desi chinese which I think will be as good as the biryani will be. Will recommend to try...

Visited this place few days back to try the special hyderabadi aroma and taste of the food... If you are a biryani lover then definitely this place is for you... Now talking about the food they have a good option of veg non veg starters... Tried here chicken starter which was nicely presented with salad and chutney and lots of cheese on it.. The chicken was nice soft and juicy and flavourful... In veg tried panner which was also nice presented, soft and great taste.. Also tried Kurkure spring roll which was really great really must try nice crispy and tasty.. 😍 In main course tried Butter Chicken... The butter chicken was really nice and it was something different from other restaurant it was tasting really very nice loved it in the first bite itself.... Now coming on the famous biryani😍 Tried here chicken biryani which was just wow and yummy in taste... The real taste if Hyderabad aroma was totally in it... Really must try it... The quantity is also really great.. 2-4people can easily have it.... And in Desserts tried hot garma garam Gulabjamun... 😍 Really must visit...
