Insanely terrible place for cakes, ordered a half KG CAKE, the cream was sour.. VERY sour, we went back to them with half the cake since we had served 4 slices to 4 people. They said they'd check the cake and tell in a day.

The next day i go there, the only compensation i received was two pastries. JUST TWO. I asked him for a full cake or refund back since we didn't eat more than probably 5-6 bites all together, he said half the cake was missing, SO IF U WANT A FULL CAKE REMEMBER : Forget human decency, fill in the cake that u took bites from and give it to them.

Furthermore, i went again today to find the pastries frosting stale again. Highly disappointed. 2 mistakes in 2...

If there was a rating worst than this, this store deserves it. For an order of a 2 kg chocolate cake - that was pre-ordered and paid for 3 days ago - the store took its own sweet time to prepare. The cake was agreed to be collected at 4 pm as the birthday was to be celebrated at 6 PM. The cake was delivered at 7:30 PM WELL AFTER THE GUESTS HAD ARRIVED!

Even if that had to be considered, the food colouring used in it was so strong that the colouring did not leave our fingers for hours.

This store is surrounded by much better cake shops and any of them would do much better than this store!

But if you like getting your cake delivered after the birthday, then go ahead, this is...

We had ordered cake from this outlet of some 800 amount... The creame in the cake was stale, tasted sour as if lemon was put into it.. we asked them to i itiate the refund the restaurant manager is so arrogant, so arrogant he has no manners how to talk. We had to threw entire cake..nobody ate it.. Thid money is not going to make any benefit to you.. providing stale, rotten cake and showing arrogance is such a pathetic attribute business owner can have..i really wish this outlet...
