Reddy's Biryani Zone ( Hinjewadi Branch, Pune )
One of the WORST restaurants ever visited for Biryani.
We, a group of 4 Ordered 1 large " Tikka Biryani " & 1 large " Dum Biryani " each.
The Biryani that was served was " Tikhat Masala Bhath" (Hot Spiced Rice) . It wasn't Biryani for sure. Chicken is of Very bad Quality. Chicken Pieces are too big, Half cooked it feels like eating rubber.
Post Food, Took Lemonade. It took 15 mins for the waiter to get the Lemonade, it was Bizarre, the sugar syrup was not even dissolved, soda water with literally no gas in it.
The Food looks good only in Photos, as seen in the franchise reviews.
Ambience is shabby, Hard seat chairs. Table Mat, kept below the Plates still have food particles on it. Service is very bad, waiters are not good at serving. Food order takes time. Chef's are not upto the mark.
It's a Big No for Recommendation.
Waste of time & Money. Highly Disappointed for the food,...
Read moreI, along with my friends, dined here for dinner. Ambience is ok. I suggest to choose the ground floor seating it's more open. In starters, we ordered - Veg Crispy - Really delicious, nicely fried and sauced 😋. Babycorn Tikka - Not so good. There was no rubbing of any kind of spice. Would not recommend to opt this. Paneer Chatpata - it's comes in green sauce tipped with cheese and sides. Really tasty😋
In main course, we ordered Chicken biryani and veg paneer biryani. I tasted veg only (since I am a pure vegetarian) and it was really good. Not too spicy. Not too soft. Good amount of paneer, soyabeans, and fried onions. 1 large can easy fill 3 hungry stomachs. 1 medium for 2 hungry stomachs.
Overall, it was good. The tidiness of the place could be more worked upon but the food was well balanced...
Read moreVisited the restaurant at 1:45 PM and ordered a Chicken Dum Biryani along with a Coke. The Coke was served quickly and the plate was set with salad, which gave the impression that the food would arrive soon.
However, after a 5-minute wait, the waiter returned to inform me that the biryani would take another 20 minutes as it was being prepared on dum. This was quite disappointing, especially considering that biryani is supposed to be the restaurant’s USP. Not having your signature dish ready during peak lunch hours reflects poor planning.
Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Would not recommend if you’re expecting prompt service or a...
