I recently had the misfortune of dining at Shahi Bhoj Restaurant, and I must say, it was a complete letdown. The host at the entrance made us wait for over 40 minutes simply because they couldn't accommodate our group of 7, despite having tables that could fit larger groups. What added insult to injury was when they allowed a group of 8, who arrived after us, to enter while we were still waiting. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with lame excuses and a lack of apology. The service was poor, and the food quality was average at best.
