It’s inside the food court so we thought why not Select this for the whole family dinner however we were very much disappointed they took more than an hour to serve us food and even the food was not that great. The ambiance is alright but the service was terrible the waiters were very disrespectful towards the guests. They took so much long to just deliver the food in first place. Even though there were hardly and other people overt there . People who came after us recived their order before us .After receive the order and eating we immediately left and did not order anything extra. Would have preferred to eaten somewhere else where they were better and much more good taste. The only good point was that it was a ac restaurant which made the waiting bearable for us. Would not recommend the restaurant especially if you are in hurry and need to be somewhere or even if you are in large groups don’t choose it. The staff is also not that well mannered they were disrespectful and did not know much about menu and were not even answering properly when asked about where our dish is...

Visited Shubh Sagar restaurant while returning from Lonavala to Mumbai. They have good A/C seating available & lots of jain options available which you wouldn't get in food court.

The restaurant serves tasty food . The food preparation was not too spicy and seemed to have less masala which was very good .The service was courteous and even though we had a problem in one of the dishes the manager was courteous enough to offer half a portion of fresh dish but we chose to compensate with price adjustments.
