The SALT | A Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Worst experience. Even after booking table in advance there was no proper welcome after reaching in restaurant at 8.30pm. With no one in restaurant the waiter at the counter was busy swiping mobile. Missing decorum. After this, when interrogated, he started confirming when and in whose name the booking was done. There was no lable indicating' Reserved ' on any of the table. The service was absolutely slow, delayed and careless type.There was no cyclic rhythm in the service.The food taste was not very promising as compared with the price incurred. The food was cold. The food quality, service and waiter's sluggish performance needs lot of improvement and training. It took around two hours to get food served. The consumers arrived after us received priority in food service. It is the time to hire trained personnels in hotel management and hospitality to regain the lost impression of hotel's performance and keep a vigil over proper management of food service and waiter's performance. We had dinner for celebration of our wedding anniversary but right from entry to exit our moods were not happy due to ridiculous behaviour...

Many people aren't aware of SALT restaurant, as it primarily relies on word-of-mouth promotion. A friend of mine from Sambhaji Nagar recommended the place, and I was excited to visit with my friends on the last day of 2024. Located a little inside the MGM premises, the restaurant offers a peaceful and quiet dining experience, away from the hustle and bustle. The restaurant is professionally managed, impeccably clean, and everything is in its right place. The staff is humble, attentive, and happy to provide detailed information about the dishes. The ambience is serene and calming, with a beautiful view of the swimming pool next to the restaurant, which adds to the refreshing atmosphere. We started with Fish Garlic and Chicken Soup, and for the main course, we had Fish Curry and Rice. The food was incredibly tasty, prepared with fresh ingredients and served hot with great care. The overall experience was so refreshing that we will definitely return to this restaurant...

There must be zero or negative star system by Google, we choose this restaurant due it's dish images shown on Google page .... where as this restaurant is toooo much boring ...service is very pathatic, don't go here by seeing images of dishes shown on Google .... Staff is very ignoring to customer.. We reached there at 7.30pm, full food (starters + main course... we ordered masala papad, chiken chilli, green salad , chiken tikka, biryani etc...) order given on 7.35pm... after several reminders and requests , they served masala papad at 8.35pm, Salas at chiken chilli at 8.55 and so on , green salad at 9.05 pm... Where as surprisingly they served late comers before us.... anyhow with ample anger we finished food ...it was not at all tasty also.... suggested to avoid such...
