So this incident happened today (11/7/24) so I visited this restaurant just to book a dinner party for my dad’s birthday.
The staff on reception was very polite, and was giving me all the information I needed. I was about to final the deal, and suddenly owner came there.
First he said seating 30 ppl cant be managed by us and you should go for some hall rather than coming here. I informed him that his staff only accepted to manage the seating to which later he said ok we can manage it. Then the way he was speaking with me was so much arrogant and rude that it was showing in his attitude that he doesn’t respect his customers and he doesn’t care weather we stay or leave.
After that I casually ask the staff member what’s the rate for a paneer tikka masala which I wasn’t able to find on menu card. The staff member was ready to help but the owner said “sab rate menu card me likhe hai “ again that was also so rude. I decided to leave from that place as I didn’t like his attitude. But I couldn’t resist to tell him about his behaviour.
So I said to him and these were my exact words “ sir I am sorry to say , but I think your behaviour was little bit rude.”
To this he literally said “ aap jo chahe wo soch sakte hai… hum 65 saal se hotels chala rahe hai, hamara yaha waha itne saare hotels hai. Main itne saare logo ko mil chuka hu, tum kitne logo ko milte ho roj?”
And he was shaking with anger. I didn’t understand his behaviour.
A decent reply would be “ I am really sorry if u felt that way. But that wasn’t intended.”
But the way he responded was just showing his respect about his customers.
It takes a lot time to go to top, but with this attitude, it doesn’t take much long to fall...

Until they served Dum Biryani. Which had extra salt which spoiled the complete dinner. When requested they said we can change for you. After a Minute we also said okay kindly provide us with the other. To our experience it was the bad one for a Dum Biryani they just made white rice mix with oil and served. Which was the worst experience.
During this time the Waiter also brought the Bill while the 2nd biryani was in making. Which was not asked by us nor we were asked for having some dessert or can we make bill.
As We eat how much we can eat as waste food is not a good practice. We paid first for the bill whatever it was. And then talked with the Billing person of the 2 issues we faced. To our surprise he was okay with it and said nothing.
The level of Service was good and till the end it was Completely Zero.
