Oppa Chicken — Restaurant in Manipur

Worst service ever ... ! the delivery was delayed for 2&half hours . I'm very ashamed in front of my guest whom i called them to have a quick supper with us and i choose oppa chicken at Zomato . i called delivery person many times as my food hasn't arrived to the given time . isntead of apology from Oppa chicken Team , i got to hear that the delivery person misplaced my food to other customer which is not fair to me as well as the delivery person which is absolutely false .what a blunt excused ? and again told me my order was lost among them . I mean What the Nuts! irresponsible attitude and arrogant words , i do not recommend to anyone if you expect quick service from them .. I'm very Disappointed with the service they are providing and better change your Customer service executive because he don't have any problem solving knowledge and that arrogant attitude will one Day go Bankrupt...

I will give a honest review that i 2 people combo set and 1 burger the waiting time is so long I wait around 45 mins and the two hot chicken is to dry and the K- chicken wings is very good, The sauce is very watery but the potato is very nice that all I like to said and your staff to improve to manage the time And they were chatting and laughing eachothers while i ask them a parcel box for a burger and they even didn’t hear while the counter person to give a parcel box i really disappointed what they are doing and they didn’t come to work as a professional Sorry to said that because i m also walking at hospitalitys for 3 years as a shift supervisor at bengalore in a Korean Restaurants ( Soora Sang) Thank you for the food i...

Tasty but lacks variety and professional service

I recently tried Oppa Chicken, and while the taste was definitely good—crispy and flavorful—the menu felt a bit repetitive. Most of the varieties had similar flavors, so it didn’t really feel like I was trying something new.

Also, the staff could be more professional. Saw their staff eating inside the kitchen where they prepare food for the customer. which affected the overall experience.
