Had been to many outlet of KFC in other state too but it's our First time experiencing something different in this outlet...I don't meant to get angry over small things but I can't denied to provide a clear feedback ....The male staffs were okay , they are very polite....but most of the female staffs were very very rude!! What an attitude they showed ..well I'm not expecting too much from them /I know that I'm not into a 5 star restaurant or something but they were very unprofessional....sniggering in front of their Customers in a loud voice , not being attentive to customer ,the way they talked,their body language and everything it really pissed me off at the first moment... I ordered an ultimate savings bucket with some hot wings and a burger ...After waiting our order for more than 30 mins ,we went to check and get to know that the reason for being delayed is because of that Burger π only....and yes we are okay with that and inform that we'll get started with whatever's getting ready except the π..but even after finishing everything(in 30-45mins) , our token hasn't been called out where we even get more pissed off and went to rechecked just to found out it was their negligence onlyππ»(and yes lettuce π₯¬ is missing Thankyou). Please work on the staff (Female) Everything's fine...

Update : so today ie 9/10/22 , I ordered through their app for delivery but what I didn't know is that I selected the take away option instead of delivery, I immediately called them saying it was a mistake and asked if they could deliver it, they said Yes I was very happy at their attitude no questions asked, Will order again and again, just loved the service and professionalism shown by these guys, this is how everyone should run business, customers first
Gave the delivery guys some tip, they were laughing and understanding the situation instead of being rude ( which I often find people will do if they are presented with this situation ) Overall love it , thanks kfc thangmeiband team 5/5 service and...

But my experience today has been such a let-down!! I made an order because I trusted KFC, among all the restaurants that were open for business during lockdown. So, here's my honest review of the order- The chicken was a little stale. The colour of the chicken was quite un-appetizing. If KFC Imphal is going to serve semi-spoilt and strange-smelling fried chicken, they should just shut it down, if not forever, atleast during this lockdown. Because this could affect the health of many including myself. KFC is a big company, so it should not be so low to serve stale food to customers because this could badly affect their reputation and customer's trust. Also, I'm not rich. Please return my money, I'll give you back the chicken....
