I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant because it’s conveniently located near my house, and I’ve heard great reviews about their Papillon in Irla. However, recently, I’ve encountered a frustrating issue with their delivery service. Every time I try to place an order for delivery, after taking my full order, I’m told they don’t have a delivery person available and that I should place the order through Zomato or Swiggy instead. This has happened three times now.

What’s especially frustrating is that the person on the phone never informs me about the delivery situation upfront. Instead, they take the entire order, wasting both my time and theirs. I even asked to speak with a manager, but they just gave me a number that’s never answered.

This kind of service, especially to repeat customers, is unprofessional and disappointing. If the restaurant cannot handle deliveries, it would be helpful to notify customers beforehand. Unfortunately, based on these repeated issues, I cannot recommend this...

The restaurant is located on Kanakia Road near CineMax, Mira Road. It is easily accessible. It's on the first floor in a residential building and there's some stair climbing to be done. The place has good interiors and is well maintained.

We were attended to as soon as we entered the restaurant and were helped in getting a table. The tables were clean and the seats comfortable.

The restaurant serves vegetarian food across Italian, Chinese, Continental and North Indian cuisines. We were assited well while trying to figure out what to order. The attendant did recommend a few dishes when asked about their specials.

We ordered Kung Pao potato and Threaded Paneer for starters. Both were good. We then ordered their Barbeque Sizzler and Alu Paratha which weren't bad either. The portions are small for the price. There were plenty of options for dessert and we ordered Triple Chocolate Sundae, it was good.
