WORST!!!! Service ever!!!! I have been to this place for dinner with family. Usually we go to pizza hut or dominoes because the service is amazing in these outlets. But for a change and to try something new we went to this place. I'll share my experience here..

It wasn't full that day, only two tables were occupied. We were six of us and not even a single person greeted us, that means they are least bothered about customer satisfaction.

After occuping the place, as per table manners a waiter should come and ask for water which no one bothered. We had to ask for it.

There were no silvers available on the table. They need to check and refill everything before a customer occupies a table. This is the second time i am calling a waiter to ask for it.

When the garlic bread arrived, thy dint provide with the ketchup. He just left the dish on the table and went away. The third time i am calling the waiter to ask for sauce.

The sauce has been served in a very tiny container. Atleast they should provide the sauce as per the table count. We were six of us and the sauce quantity will be enough only for two. This is the fourth time i am calling the waiter.

After having garlic bread when my hands were dirty, i was trying to find a paper napkin which was not available on my table. The rack was empty. This is the fifth time i am calling the waiter to ask for it. Imagine guys how frustrated I would be by going through all this.

At the end when he bough the cheque to us. I was going through and i found that tax plus service charge was applicable. When we are not satisfied about the service, why should I pay the service charge. So i went to the counter and told them to remove the service charge and give me a new cheque.

My family dint have any complaints about the food. The service is pathetic.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a pizzeria shop that turned out to be the worst pizza and pasta place I have ever encountered. Both the pizza and pasta dishes were shockingly tasteless, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with my meal. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment as you will only end up wasting your hard-earned money.

The pizza lacked any discernible flavor, making it an incredibly dull and unappetizing experience. The crust was dry and lacked the expected crispness, while the toppings had no taste whatsoever. It felt like eating a cardboard with minimal seasoning, leaving me questioning the quality of the ingredients used.

The pasta dish was equally disappointing. the sauce was utterly flavorless. It was as if they forgot to add any seasoning or spices, resulting in a completely bland and uninspiring dish.

I believe it's crucial to highlight the poor value for money as well. Not only did I receive tasteless food, but the prices were also unreasonably high for the subpar quality. It's frustrating to think that I wasted my hard-earned money on such an underwhelming dining experience.

I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this pizzeria shop. The lack of taste and quality in their pizza and pasta dishes is a significant disappointment. Save your money and seek out a different place that values flavor and customer...

Awesome Ambience - Very Subtle European style interior with decent Wall Art Ample Space - Seating / Parking (NB - We went on a Tuesday Late evening : Open till 12 in night and takeaway till 4 am ) We ordered Cheese Garlic Bread / Jalepeno Poppers - Yum 😋/ Regular dough Spicy Tandoori/ & a Milder Pizza both Chicken 🍕and ended with Signature Nutella Dessert [Pics attached] & canned Coke. Everything was just perfect & Freshly made👌

Service was very decent and Open Kitchen gave a Nice View of Cooking too - Adding an additional charm.

Rs 600 approx per person - 5 of us

NB - Optional Service Charge is added - Guess approx 10% of the Total Bill apart from GST etc Which when pointed out,was very promptly removed - Though we did TIP a standard Amount 😇 Just a Cautionary point as many of us Ignore & pay the Bill directly alongwith an added cash tip of Rs 100 / 200 or more
