WOW China — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

We has visited Mira Road branch. Ambiance is ok ok but the staff still doesn’t know to keep it clean.

The AC was not working properly.

Destitute hygiene. In the kitchen the chef was preparing the good without gloves.

There were lots of cockroach’s in the kitchen area.

There were hell lots of mosquito’s. As per good license the food store should have Fly catch. I don’t know whether it’s was working also..

We had order Chicken Schezwan Sizller. It was literally average. The specific outlet couldn’t provide the top notch taste of Chinese… then it’s the shere waste to visit the store.

On top of it when I complaint regarding the taste and the mosquitos thing the guy he was not even or infact he gave me several reason.

I believe if @Wow china or @Wow momo cannot provide better service, specific taste of Chinese or Ambiance then plz close the outlets.

Stop wasting peoples time and money.

No option for zero rating, unfortunately. They have a stupid app to order and once you place order and track the order it goes to 3rd party delivery services like Porter and Shadowfax. my order was ready on the app and it was showing pick up by delivery boy in 60 seconds, so I called and check with Shadofax driver who was coming from 20 Km to pick my order from wow china store which .5 Km away from my house. and this stupid app never takes correct location and address so I have to chase the delivery guy and fight with them multiple times. If u see the picture the order is showing assigned to partner at 3.06pm and after 30 minutes of that update it still showing 30 minutes to pick up the order. Ima still wondered how this company exist it’ll...

Zero 0 customer service

1. They just dont care about their customers and give misleading information and ask to wait.
2. Was informed that food will be ready in hardly 15 20 minutes.
3. But for online delivery just 7 minutes - discriminating.
4. Most important point CARD PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED every time same excuse machine is not working.
5. Worst customer experience.
6. They prefer online orders, I waited 30 minutes and 4 parcel were sent and my order was still not ready after waiting for 30 minutes.
7. Dont waste your money and time.
8. Damm dirty place they dont even clean it on time. I have attached pictures its very unhygienic place Really hope this places shuts...
