I am visiting this place form last 2 years the journey with this hotel is very good for us at everytime just know from 2-3 months I facing a little problem from the reception guy who's name I don't know the Shetty Anna is very nice every time I just call they just talk friendly the other receptionist is rude every time even they don't talk properly also every time I visiting hotel call 2-3 days before only but at the present I have to wait like 1.5hours I always told i came here from a long like 2200km very tired but the always doing the same some times they just tell sir the room is full we don't have any option please 🥺🙏 do something for their behaviour rest the hotel is very nice and...

most pathetic Hotel I have ever seen in my life.. I have change 3 room in 1 day.. 1st room’s lock not working, in 2nd room there was No toilet seat. and 3rd room’s flush not working.. And there is no any security, they didn’t provide any key to us. they only provide room card which was not working.. I called almost 4,5 time in reception to bring the key and mastercard to open the room.. Behaviour was also not good. they don’t know how to talk with guest.. when i was complaining about my problems they rudely said, go and check out now from the room and immediately he cut the phone. worst hotel i have ever seen..
