Pop Tate’s Mira Road — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

We have been to pop tates many times in Malad,Thane, Kandivali,BKC but this time it's a worst experience at Mira road outlet. We always prefer pop tates to celebrate our special days but after this experience we will definitely rethink about it. Specially to Mira road outlet. We visited it on Sunday . We reached by around 11.48 to be precise. Restaurant was fully empty.we place the order of drinks and also for finger food like jalepano popper and cheese chilli toast. After 20 minutes we asked them where is the order by that time they were arranging tissues on the other table and all. Here to mention the opening hours for the outlet is from 11.27 and till 12.20 they were arranging tissues on table rather than focusing on the order . On asking one waiter rushed to the kitchen and got the food. When my husband asked about the drinks then the so called manager lady named PALLAVI said bar person is not available so it's taking it longer to serve. When my husband questioned about the service experience one of the waiter said ," 12 baje open hota hai " in a very rude manner. To what manager lady clarifies to the waiter that no sir is right 11.27 we open. When we said service is very poor. You should have informed me. I would have gone to somewhere else. Just because we are frequent visitors of paper tates we came here. On that she sarcastically answered JO EK BAR POP TATES ATA HAI WO FREQUENT HI HOTA HAI. YOUR DRINK IS ON YOUR TABLE. SEE THERE. I mean seriously such a poor standard of staff at pop tates. I have never imagined this. We took the happy hour offer so after finishing one drink we need to call them to serve other as noone of literally paying attention to the table. For giving next order or taking empty plates or glasses also we have to literally call them and they were playing passing passing the pass. About the food cheese chilli toast was so dry . This manager Pallavi should learn how to be humble and accept the mistake. And expecting more professional approach at this outlet. Worst experience ever. This is the third time we are visiting this outlet but every time experience is getting worst only. Our daughter has started saying no for the pop tates mira road outlet only to visit. Worst worst place. If I could give the rating in minus for service I would definitely do that. Specially for this...

Visited this place at 11 55 am on Sunday 2nd March. There were hardly 4 staffs cleaning and organizing tables. We decided to sit in inside area (Table No 44).

After 10 minutes someone came and took the order (Kingfisher draught mug and Smirn off with Sprite, cheese poppers, cheeze Chilli toast) Then I was replying a few mails and observed that there is poor network for airtel and no network of Vi. So went outside and finished my work. After another 10 minutes I went back to my table, order was not served. I asked for wifi as there was no network, the person available Pallavi said we do not have wifi whereas I could see 4 wifi networks in my mobile.

After another 5 minutes order was not served and a single waiter was still cleaning and organizing tables. I asked for my order to the waiter, then he brought cheeze poppers and garlic bread but no sign of drinks.

When asked Pallavi about why drinks were not served and finger food was served, she said bar person not available and another waiter said in a rude tone that restaurant timings are from 12 noon. When asked that why you mentioned opening timings as 11 27 am? He said 12 baje hi khulta hai.

Very rude and pathetic staff who are ruining the name of a reputed chain like Pop Tate's. Sr management should take a note of this. However never visiting this outlet again to get humiliated by staff.

Visited this place today for the second time. They have improved their service drastically. For inside section the AC cooling was little bit less, after providing the feedback, they immediately worked on it and made sure that cooling is adequate.

Food can be improved as cheese garlic bread was very dry and tasted very bland. Same was the case with veg a la kiev sizzler. The cutlets were very dry. Rest food was good.

Also the manager didn't charge for sizzling browny and also provided complementary cake parcelled as a goodwill gesture.

This is how a good restaurants/pubs maintains their reputation. This was something never experienced...

Service, too, left much to be desired. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, resulting in a frustrating and disappointing interaction. Timeliness in serving orders was a notable issue, contributing to a subpar dining experience.

Adding to the disappointment was the lack of parking availability. In an area where parking can be a challenge, the absence of adequate facilities at Pop Tate's added an unnecessary layer of inconvenience for patrons.

In summary, my visit to Pop Tate's in Mira Road was marred by poor food quality, inadequate service, and the absence of parking facilities. I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to address these issues to improve the overall dining experience for...
