Subway Kanakia Miraroad — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

Love Subway, always a go to place as it is one of our fav franchise.

This time they were short-staffed, not crowded though at the time. Usually I always get my bread toasted with cheese. However, apparently now cheese has additional cost, which the lady who took my order did inform me about. However, she was not making the sub with proper proportions. I asked her for "all veggies" for my non-veg subs so the selection won't take time and yet she was not adding all of them she kept skipping a few and I had to ask her to add for each veggie individually like "can you please add.." same happened for sauces when I just told her all, she only added 3 sauces and I had to ask her to add the others individually and she also didn't seem willing to do so. This becomes a little frustrating considering you have already mentioned all? She didn't add the right amount of chicken either like only kept pieces till 3" of the sub and while making my veg sub she forgot to add the Mexican patty itself in the mexican patty sub and I had to remind her a few times "You forgot the Mexican patty" and same veggies and sauce scenario here as well.

I paid and I had to ask them multiple times that can you please hand me my subs, they are still with you.

Personally this won't really stop me from having Subway. I just hope I don't experience this again cuz the sub was not fulfilling cuz of the proportions and hopefully this is my first and last...

Subway - a stupid way of selling whatever they sell. Today I went to Subway Mira road and had a bad experience. I was standing at the display rack hoping the staff will take my order. Instead, the fellow was asking me from a distance away from the rack, "What you want?", as if he was not in the mood to sell any stuff there. Anyway, I said until you come to the display rack and take the order, how can I tell you what I want? First and foremost, it is always confusing at Subway about what to order as there are too many choices. And on top of that the fellow was asking what I want from far distance from the display rack. This is utter non-sense and lack of training of the Subway stuff. Frustrated, I left the outlet and went to McDonald to order something. The Subway management should look into the matter and make ordering easier at Subway Mira Road. So my 1 star, as there is no zero star...

I just left this Subway 😡 😡 😡 and it was the worst dining ever !! All that because of the owner/manager a woman who came while people are eating and stated to shout at her staff and correct them making a scene, disrespecting even the customers who came to enjoy a sandwich in peace ! Plus she enters the kitchen without hairnet after sometime, the most offensive thing is that she started a camera call with someone and faced the phone to our-faces while eating!i mean yes the place is clean, the food was nice and staff were adorable, and that is maybe because of her hard-work , but this people are not working to be treated this way in front of everyone, they are humans after all !! So i dont know if this is normal in Indian culture, but m never stepping in this place...
