1441 Pizzeria Chembur — Restaurant in Mumbai

Few days back I went here with one of my friend to try their new masterchef menu as it is always the best pizzeria in my list and whenever I crave for Pizza I order it from this place only 7/10 times so this time I went here and ordered from their Master Chef Menu:-

#PrimaDonna it was the most buttery garlic bread with Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese on top and fresh cherry tomatoes over it which they say they have imported it from Italy 🇮🇹 😋 well talking about the taste it was super duper good the first bite itself made me go crazy for this dish!!! Loved it do try it, Highly recommended 👌 👍

#DiamondInTheRough whatever you order from here you'll notice one thing that everything is super fresh and the main ingredients like Maida & Tomatoes which are the most essential items for making Pizza are being imported from Italy so I don't know if the cook or the authenticity of the materials that made the dishes soooo good the Pizza was made right in front of me and they applied the pesto sauce onto it!! And then some cherry tomatoes and chillies on top and then they baked it in the wood fired chamber which was again may be the reason to enhance the taste also after it was baked then they put burrata cheese (refered as Diamond) on top and they sliced the cheese which was very heart melting and then they spread it over the pizza the cheese was very milky and creamy and went great with pizza, who needs a cheeseburst pizza when you have the cheese on the pizza the taste was super duper good just loved it!! Do try it😋😋

#VeganHotChilliPizza again the dough quality was super duper fresh and this time it was the first time I have tried pizza in vegan form, I was quite skeptical about the taste and how it will be because pizza's main ingredient is always dairy Cheese and here there is no dairy product involved , but the very first bite has broken my mindset and I realized that it was literally very tasty and yummy and lite to eat the taste was damn good and everyone must try this item on their menu list loved the taste do try it yourself and feel the taste 😋 Highly Recommended 😋 !!!

#Tiramisu this was again a pleasurable item in their menu one pack will not be enough for you on an empty stomach I bet you on this!! Very yummy and very tasty do try it!!! Loved it

Overall it was great experience dining here from the taste to the hospitality till the authenticity everything was best do try it, And Experience the same!!!

Fourteen Forty One Pizzeria Chembur

If you love pizza, this is a place you can't miss! I had tried almost all brands of pizza so far, be it local or international. Located close to some of Mumbai's buzzing foodie spots, it has some of the most innovative and unique pizzas. The best and my least favorite is Domino's but  is the only one that made me have second thoughts about their favorite pizza chain.  Liked the taste.  Very nice. The base was very fresh and soft and the cheese was wonderfully baked with the balance of the pizza sauce. We went there to taste the best offerings from their newly launched menu curated by Chef Renato Viola and it was a great experience. Green Forest, Wild Forest, Veggie Super Star, Meaty Super Star and many more, the names are as interesting as their taste. We enjoyed the refreshing drinks as well as the hospitality of their staff. Do give it a try, they have good customer service Try the Meaty Super Star Pizza and the Prima Donna bread is awesome Thank you, you are amazing and your pizza is delicious .  It is also surprising that the food we ordered was tasty. So glad we got to see him in action. They have flour and tomatoes imported from Italy while the pizzas are baked in a clay oven for that distinct taste. The staff here are very courteous and friendly.  Trust me, you will never regret visiting this place.  They have a lot to list and everything is so unique!  The staff is very polite and the service is very fast.  They were recommending us their best dishes.  They have a variety of starters as well as main courses.  I loved having some delicious food and enjoying the perfect atmosphere. Our table attendant Aman  & Chef Sunil recommended the food to our taste.

I never write reviews. Especially negative ones because I can emphasize with a business. But this one calls for it. I ordered a pizza over call to take away.

Upon entering the outlet, 1441 Pizzeria, Chembur, I found it to be very clean , hygienic. Even the toilets were amazingly clean. So, I though to eat the pizza at the outlet itself. I had ordered a chicken wings along with a Double Cheese Margherita. The wings were decent (not that great) but no complaints there. It costed me Rs. 295/- (without taxes)

Upon opening the Pizza, I was shocked. It looked horrible. It looked like there was hardly any cheese and the WORST PART, the pizza crust was HARD ! Horrible, simply horrible. They charged me Rs. 495/- for that (thick crust & excluding taxes). There was no taste of the sauce. The staff are attentive and doing their best. Upon complaining, the pizza was replaced instantly. Though the pizza was better (more cheese and crust a bit softer) it was nonetheless yet a very below average pizza.

I am writing this review because they are promoting themselves as serving authentic pizzas, which is far from the truth. It's not even remotely close. The crust is hard compared to any pizza, even a streetside pizza. A Pizza crust CANNOT be hard ! Period ! It's not a crispy garlic bread. The pizza sauce is literally tasteless with no flavour. They say the cheese is imported, but the cheese on the Margherita tastes way below average.

It was a huge dissapointment. It's not worth the money. It feels like a total waste. I really hope the management will take notice of this. The management is doing paid promotion with bloggers and promoting it as authentic Italian pizzas, bur it's nowhere close. It's not worth Rs. 495/-
