Naturals in Chembur continues to live up to its reputation as one of the best spots for authentic, fresh, and naturally flavored ice creams. I recently visited and was delighted by both the classic and seasonal offerings, making this a solid 4.5-star experience.

We all know that Naturals’ Tender Coconut is an all-time favorite — smooth, creamy, and bursting with natural flavor. But what truly impressed me this time were the seasonal flavours: Anjeer (Fig) and Mango.

The Anjeer ice cream was a pleasant surprise — filled with small fig pieces, it felt like I was indulging in dry fruit rather than just flavored ice cream. The texture and taste were beautifully balanced, offering a premium dessert experience.

The real showstopper was the Mango ice cream. It was out of this world! With its soft mango chunks, rich natural flavor, and creamy consistency, every bite felt like a spoonful of heaven. A must-try during mango season!

The service at this Naturals outlet is a dark patch on the brand name. They take so long to give you the tiniest possible scoop possible, that the icecream has already started melting by the time it's in your hands. Don't ever think of ordering the "Malai icecream with Mangoes" , by the time they assemble the tasteless mangoes with the icrecream, it's just a milkshake. One day's service levels hit rock bottom, with the way they handled an issue raised. On being reminded that the customer had asked for a cone, not a cup, they roughly threw the icrecream from the cup into a cone, leaving half of it behindin the cup and throwing it into the dustbin. They could have just given a fresh scoop to the customer and emptied the cup into their holder. and itvwas done pretty blatantly. Wish they had somewerrh a complaint...
