Pathetic experience they ruined my Birthday's family dinner... First of all they don't take reservations, they have criteria of first come first serve, which they handle in a pathetic manner...They are pathetic in calculating wait times. They made me and my full family wait outside for 2 hours for the table .... From 11:30 pm hotel receptionist and manager were asking for just 10 to 15 minutes more but they gave us entry at 12:45 am (we were waiting since 10:45 pm, if they had told us earlier that it would take 2 hours, we could have gone somewhere else). People who came after us got a seat in dastarkhan but not us ... At 1:00 am they stopped taking orders from us (they were responsible for delaying our dinner but refused to co-operate after 1. IF THEY ARE THAT PARTICULAR ABOUT SHUTTING THEIR KITCHEN AT 1, THEY SHOULD STOP TAKING CUSTOMERS AFTER 12, THEY MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS EVEN IF IT IS THEIR OWN MISTAKE). We were left with whole lot of gravy with no naan because they were not taking order for more naans, we ordered two starters from which one came after we finished our dinner.... They didn't even serve thaal properly, they did not even put salad on our table, there were no tissues (they bought it after we finished our dinner when we highlighted that there are no tissues) no extra plates, no one served starters to us (no proper facility for washing hands) ..... The food was delicious and Yummy, this place is Amazing and Highly Recommended for nonveg Lovers , The ambience is beautiful and they have private dining too called Dastarkhwan , you can private space with curtains and sofa sitting which seemed great. They served North Indian Mughlai and Chinese food . Friendly staff and Pandey ji who served us , he was Very good and helpful, guide us with everything .. and served us great food.. Great Quality and Quantity. I Highly Recommended this Place .
