Although I was a regular customer, I have stopped ordering from this restaurant after a disappointing incident. They are far from being customer-friendly and have rigid policies when it comes to addressing complaints about their food quality. I ordered two chicken Manchow soups and chicken chili. Upon tasting the soup, we found it to be overly salty. I immediately called the restaurant, and they replaced it, but the replacement was terrible—it was just plain water with some ingredients. I called again to complain and requested a refund for the soup. They took back the soup but refused to refund my money, insisting instead that I could only reorder the same soup. I asked if I could receive something else instead, but they said it was against their policy. The manager assured me that I could get my two soups whenever I wanted. What shud I say... i had been to this restaurant today thats 1nov 19 with my friend in the afternoon. The place is open from all four sides plus its on the sv road which makes the place full of dust. Lots of vehicle noise and smoke from the road also the dirtiest this of the restaurant is that its full of flies and mosquitoes. The full quality is pathetic.
