Naturals Ice Cream — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hello Naturals ( JOGESHWARI WEST ) i would really want to put forth my review on my recent visit at this outlet jogeshwari so I have been in love with naturals icecream since childhood but today I am strongly disappointed with the quality of the ice creams which my whole family had I ordered 7 scopes with different flavours it was a take away order when I reached home and had a bite of icecream it taste disaster the prasadam flavour i ordered n I got tender coconut that is not the main issue the main issue is my whole family is not well after having this scopes my niece who is one year old got cough and my whole family is in distress because of having icecream from the JOGESHWARI WEST outlet I really wanted to bring it to your notice the quality of naturals icecream is worsen and I really feel the scopes we had was not at all good maybe there was a problem with the shelf life of the icecream pr something else but my whole family is suffering from sore throat , fever , and other symptoms i really want THE OFFICIALS to check into this matter because it is related to our health N please naturals has always been our favourite just don't let us down with this crap...

My relative brought Roasted Almond 500 g pack from your Jogeshwari West outlet on 31st March. My observations are as under: The taste is watery. Getting smell & taste of milk like a product from dugdhalaya at the street corner. Shelf life is only 15 days as against 60 days in other brands. 6 days old package. With limited shelf life, fresh or at the most 1 day old package should have been given.

Well, Since a very long time I have not been able to get all the flavours I wanted together. Since I personally discovered Naturals, about 8 years back, I had found myself a Favourite IC parlour. FYI Tender coconut, Jackfruit and Mango are my personal favourite. And today we realised that there was a change in the taste of the black current flavour, a good change.
