Alibaba Cuisine — Restaurant in Mumbai

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alibaba Burger Shop. I placed an order for delivery near my house, and they promised to deliver within 30 minutes. However, it's been over 2 hours, and I still haven't received my order.

When I called them after the first hour, they asked me to repeat my order, claiming they forgot to send it, and promised to deliver in 15 minutes. I repeated my order, but again, there's been complete radio silence. I've called them over 20 times since then, but they're not receiving my calls.

This is unacceptable service, and it's clear they're not taking customer orders seriously. I'm sharing this feedback to warn others about their unprofessional behavior and extremely poor service. Until they improve, I would strongly advise against ordering from Alibaba...
