Benzy's Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

We were looking to try the change in the new zomato gold membership for delivery and hence though about ordering from this restaurant. Since few of us were keen on trying non-veg, we ordered Chicken Biryani and Paneer Kadai.

Coming to the biryani first, as was stated by the people who ate it the biryani was good. The rice was nice and adequately cooked, and the use of long-grained rice was nice to eat. Apart from that, there were also plenty of chicken pieces, and it tasted delicious. The only problem with the biryani was that there was an excess of onion in the biryani which was not needed. Apart from this, the biryani was good.

Coming to the Paneer Kadai which I ate, the only thing I liked was the paneer was nice and soft, and the quantity of the same was great. However, the taste of the vegetable was not up to the mark. The worst part was that to increase the quantity of the dish they had used so much onion that I had to remove half of the onion to eat the actual paneer Kadai. It entirely spoiled the taste of the dish. And after removing half of the onions, the quantity also became half which was terrible.

All in all, the experience was below average I would say, and they should look into providing excellent food and quantity rather than increasing the quantity of everything through onions. The taste also definitely needs improvement, especially for the...

This is regarding the experience of buying Onam Sadhya from Benzy's. Order confirmed on phone and instruction given was to collect it from restaurant at noon on 31.08.2020. Before starting from home, in order to confirm again, I dialled their number, but in vain ( no proper response, later phone was switched off!!!). I reached the restaurant. I was shocked to see a huge crowd waiting outside since long time..(some for 2hrs!) .The staff at the counter however told me that food was getting ready and I can collect in a while. It was a very long frantic wait for more than one hour and I finally received my order around 3 pm!!!!

Dear restaurant team, please note- If you can't manage, kindly refuse accepting the orders. Also have the courtesy to answer phone calls to avoid crowding at restaurant. And avoid giving false information to customers like online order will be open after 12pm. Last minute, customers can't lookout on alternate options in this pandemic. But it was really saddening to wait like beggars!! The chaos and confusion could have been very much avoided..

Later, opening the Sadhya items at home.. Daal, rasam, moru, few curries missing.. Only 16 items present out of the promised 25!!!

For you, it could be a time to make money but such bad service will cost you more customers..

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Benzy's restaurant in Andheri East, Mumbai, and I have to say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the colorful and inviting atmosphere, which really set the tone for a wonderful evening.
