Fusion kitchen doesn't needs any introduction it has already made its renown presence in f&b industry. Was here with group of friends over weekend dinner and was amazed with the ambiance. Can occupy over 150 ppl at times with table capacity of 2 to 16. Yes a huge round table for 16 it's quite few places which provides such sitting with out joining table and adjusting comfort .
Location 📍 : marol near pasport office . 2 other locations Andheri / Borivali.
Food here can drive u crazy. Let's see what we group of 11 relished on.
Chipotle nachos : b4 starting up with taste. All i need to say it this nachos are comparing quantity with usa standards of huge plates. Plate can satisfy nachos craving of 3. On bed of trotilla topped with red , yellow and green bellpeper , beans , cheese with Chipotle sauce. If wan try nachos and not to cheesey u can go for it. But if a cheese lover try Laden nachos yes we did it.
Laden nachos. Basically this is green spinach trotilla chips topped with all the 3 bell pepper , beans and lots of olives. And generous amount of cheese yes really perfect plate for evening.
Stuffed mushrooms : this were really well present on the bed of ranch mushroom deep crisp fried filled with cheese sauce and topped with bell peppers. Looked pretty tasted really good. Recommended to try if mushroom lover.
Labanese baqdunas kebab : this was green chef special marination and a perfectly barbecue paneer. This dish can never go wrong but here it went amazing.
Coming to mocktails :
Orange & rosemary caprioska : this was my 1st time of trying combination of drink with rosemary. And was really good. This was simply wow. Really refreshing, perfect cold. Went really good with food.
Sky berry blast : this was again refreshing , simply 3 kind of berry crushed with some ice and sugar. Those chunks of half crushed berry made feel good while drinking. Gives a feel of berry blast while sipping.
Lemon mojito : you really need this after heavy hogging. And this was really refreshing. And amazed to see fresh lemons used for garnished. Have noticed at many places where to take garnishing for granted. Was really refreshing.
Mains yes left some place it.
Fusion sizzler : this was amazing. Fresh mild sauted Veggies. I personally don't like sizzler over loaded with Veggies. Topped with yellow gravy marinated paneer this again so good. With lots of fries and Mexican bean rice. With creamy gravy. Was one of the best sizzler had in recent times.
Coming to my and yours wait everyone's favorite dessert.
Blue berry Cheese cake : egg less oh yes ..!! It was eggless blue berry cake. And my 1st plate after around 3 years. And it made me drool. Smooth not much sweet and really perfect. Loved it.
Even upon being full service wasn't compromised. Was quick service with a willingness to...

The restaurant is spacious with 2 completely different dining sections created. First being the normal family dining section which has bright lights and comfortable seatings and second being an underground pub feel with colourful led lights, wooden seatings with a bar and DJ section being available. Loved both the spaces however the pub section is perfect for parties and the vibe there is excellent.
They specialise in multi cuisine hence the menu has Indian, Italian, Chinese, Continental and more. Loved the variety covered in the menu as it has a lot of options to choose from. Prices are not too high and the quantity served is huge. Also they run various offers throughout the week so do check them before visiting.
Went here for a Monday dinner and the kitchen service was on time plus table service was also great. Thanks to manager Pratap who knew the menu well. One scope of improvement can be the music played should be without the youtube ads as it was very annoying.
What We Had - APPETISERS~ Polo Ala Huanciana - Chicken chunks tossed in creamy garlicky cheese sauce topped with boiled eggs tasted good. Loved the sauce here as it tasted amazing and the tender chicken in this was perfect.
Bangkok Style Crispy Chicken - Chicken with crunchy coating tossed in mildly spicy ginger garlic soy based sauce tasted excellent. Again the sauce didn’t had strong flavours plus the bell peppers and onion tasted great with the chicken.
Murg Rozali Kebab - Tandoored to perfection this was chicken roulade filled with chicken keema. The tandoori spices were bang on and this dish was full of taste. The portion was very generous and it was a indeed filling appetiser.
MAINS~ Subz Tufani - Surprised to see the gravy served like a sizzler on a hot plate which was a little messy however the taste of the gravy was outstanding. The vegetables had nice crunch were not overly done and the tomato based gravy wasn’t tangy. Loved eating every bit of this.
Chicken Burnt Garlic Rice - Perfectly done rice with chicken, egg, burnt garlic and red chillies. Again this tasted very good but we were full so were not able to finish the entire thing.
DESSERT~ Sizzling Brownie - Classic walnut brownie with chocolate sauce and ice cream. Nothing to complain here as it was nice.
BEVERAGES~ Granny Bull. Paan Frappe. Both the drinks were perfect however the paan frappe was a little weird as it was tasting like chaas with paan.
So our meal at Fusion Ville was really good as the food tasted perfect, the service was excellent and this place can be visited for any occasion however just need to look into the music part. Therefore...

Mocktail- Orange & Rosemary Mocktail - This was a basic yet a winning amalgamation. The sour orange flavour went well with the refreshing rosemary leaves. It was a great bitter sweet combination. Gladly, no sugar was added and the original flavours of the ingredients were retained.
Food - Chicken Tikka Nachos - I was surprised looking at the quantity of this dish. It can easily suffice for a group of 3-4 people with a good appetite. Crisp Spinach Nachos were topped with ample Chicken Tikka, cheese sauce, Olives, bell peppers and salsa. Overall it was an appetizing appetizer
Polla ala Huancaina - Vegetarians and Non-vegetarians can rejoice as this variant is available in the form of crisp potatoes or chicken. The yellow Peruvian Cheese sauce was rich and was topped with boiled egg slices.
Pashtuni Chicken Kebab - I completely loved this dish. Perfectly charred and juicy Kebabs marinated in Afghani spices and covered with egg white foam. A delightful sight and eat.
Golden Prawns - Again a winner. The prawns were fresh and nicely cooked in a spicy Indian mix. Having these prawns with green chutney was an absolute delight.
Chilli Chicken - This was a decent appetizer with chicken chunks soaked in soy sauce. I'd have liked them to be more spicy.
Veg Alfredo Pasta - The texture of the white sauce was nice and creamy. It was served with 2 garlic breads. The pasta was boiled well and the more importantly the sauce blended with it.
Veg Paprika - It is a main dish with various components. It had assorted veggies tossed in Paprika sauce served with mashed potatoes and pepper rice. Overall it was a decent mains and could be improved.
Chicken Tawa with Cheese Garlic Naan - You won't go wrong with this combination. It was an absolute delight. The Chicken Tawa had a thick flavourful gravy and the cheese garlic naan literally melted in your mouth.
Caramel Custard - This was an undeniably amazing dessert. The consistency was superb. I could have gulped down the entire dessert in one go.
Flower Pot Surprise - This is an excellent choice for chocolate lovers. A thick shake consisting of oreo, vanilla topped with chocolate shavings.
The Chocolate Ball - A thick chocolate ball filled with vanilla icecream. Hot chocolate sauce is poured over this ball making it beautifully melt.
Do come over to enjoy with your loved ones ober a variety of...
